Well off the top of my head Akuma, Jakob, Greg Iron, and Victoria (though that could just be storyline) all seemed to have been picking in a preserve. I am sure there has been at least a couple more. |

I suspect it more has to do with none of them having passports. They generally take a little while to get, and now Canada requires them, (something probably new to people based out of Funky South Philly as it's only been in effect for a couple years).
Passports or felonies.

I think it's just one between Akuma and Greg Iron. And if it was Iron, they probably would have just continued with a "mystery" opponent. So my money is on Akuma. Probably kicked the s**t out of some dude when he wasn't supposed to. |
