All his movies are horrible or bad, yes some may be "watchable" but then i rather watch The room and Troll 2 then this shit. I've seen most of his movies, all his video game movies and some of the other stuff and you can just see that he is no director, he has no talent, he has no sense for film making. If you're too stupid to film a simple sex scene without making it look bad (see Bloodrayne) then you should just stop making movies. Bloodrayne may very well be the most boring movie every produced. I think the real question is: Does HE[/I] know they are that bad?[/quote] He doesn't give a shit about the quality. Until Far Cry (i think) all his movies made money regardless if somebody saw them or not as he exploited a tax hole we had here in Germany (Basically you get all your budget back, despite what happens to the movie, that law was invented to help young filmmakers without much money fulfil their dream of making a movie or something) After Germany saw how that law got exploited they simply stopped it. His newer movies are a bit "better" but still awful. "Max Schmelling" was horrible and i'm afraid of his Auschwitz movie... Oh and he is at the moment filming In the name of the king 2 (no Dungeon Siege in the title so far, looks like he lost that license) and it features Dolph Lundgren .

Uwe Boll is to movie making as Jorge González was to wrestling.

As a big fan of the games, I'll never forgive him for BloodRayne.

Uwe Boll is to movie making as Jorge González was to wrestling. Now now, that's not fair. Gonzalez was highly motivated, tried as hard as he could to entertain the fans and respected the spectators and his colleagues. Plus, with gimmicks like Giant Gonzales, he wasn't exactly helped. Boll has no excuse.

Perhaps a more apt comparison would be to substitue in Jenna Morasca for González?

If you're too stupid to film a simple sex scene without making it look bad (see Bloodrayne) then you should just stop making movies. Eh, my opinion on that has become a bit skewerd as I now consider any sex scene to look good ever since I saw what Tommy Wiseau considers eroticism.

I've only seen House of the Dead.
Terrible movie all the way through but when it got towards the end and started having the "reload" screen shots from the games I felt kinda embarrassed to be watching it. So terrible.

Honestly, I remember seeing Far Cry on a listing for Showtime. I had recorded it but deleted it, but I didn't watch it. I figured it's better than paying for it, but it took up space. I heard that the movie was bad, like his other ones. In a way, I kind of want to watch his movies, just to see how bad they are.
By the way, who do you think is worse? Uwe Boll or Albert Pyun? Pyun's movies aren't anything bad, but at least he has come out with some movies that were entertaining, some even gaining cult status. Some of his BETTER movies were Mean Guns, Cyborg, and Dollman.

Probably "The Fifth Sense" would make a better movie, especially if they kept Dennis' idea of full penetration.

Which would you rather watch, Boll or Seltzer-Friedberg?
And there is no third-fourth-etc. option (i.e., no gouging out your own eyes, no committing suicide, etc.). And you will be in a straitjacket watching these films.
