Congratulations everybody, still weird to think that there's now actually been 100 threads.
It's certainly been a windy road, and there's a lot that can be said, but I'll just leave it to Fluttershy to say how I feel.....

Dammit, of all days, why the hell did I have to oversleep today?!?!?!  Anyway, I remember seeing commercials for the show back when it first appeared and just shrugged them off. But it wasn't until back in April, when I was still just a lurker, that I saw a certain poster with an image of Derpy Hooves in his sig (I'm sure you know who it was). That piqued my curiosity enough to check out the show. So I went and watched the first episode. Since it was a 2 parter, I went and checked out the next one. 2 episodes became 5, 5 became 10, next thing I know, I marathoned the 22 episodes available at the time over the course of 2 days. Fast forward to a couple of days later on this forum, and I see that a certain question has garnered quite a few responses. It was that moment when I finally decided to stop lurking and join in on the pony discussions (and a few other things too). I haven't looked back since. I still remember my first post here like it was yesterday:  (still makes me laugh) 100 threads......it just seems so surreal to see that we've made it this far. Back in the early days, I expected us to die down during the summertime. Oh how wrong I was. It's been nearly 7 months since the first of these threads started going. Let me just say that it has been absolutely wonderful talking about the show with the rest of you guys. Through the good times and the bad, never once have I regretted anything about it. Well, there actually is something I regret.......taking my 3 week vacation and missing that round table discussion . So I just want to thank everyone here for making this place absolutely enjoyable. And here's to 100 more threads (and beyond). You guys are awesome. |
