I want to know what they're going to do in the year 3984 to solve the naming dilemma. WrestleMania 2X-000

In two years, Wrestlemania XXX is going to be quite interesting. Not really. The Super Bowl used XXX and not a single word was said about a reference to porn.

I guess the WWE really didn't like XVI, XVII, & XVIII.

I still don't get having 21, 22, 23, then going right back to roman numerals for 24, then 25th anniversary, and back to roman numerals.

I imagine they come up with various designs for the logo featuring either roman numerals or numbers or as we've seen a combination of the two.
Then they just go with whichever design which they like the best, with little regard for continuity.

25th Anniversary is the winner. Simply because it was really the 24th anniversary.

I want to know what they're going to do in the year 3984 to solve the naming dilemma. Wrestlemania 16 obviously.

I liked it . Then again, that's probably nostalgia talking as WM 14 was my 2nd WWE PPV ever. I think Wrestlemania 2000 was a worse offender than X7 and X8. I get that it's really really dumb to use half Arabic and half Roman numerals to do the name, but it's even more dumb to name it after the freaking year. What if WWE ends up being around forever and they really do have a 2000th Wrestlemania? It would be called Wrestlemania MM. Sponsored by Skittles.

I know that I'm in the moniority but I love the WM 2 logo. It really speaks to what the event was at the time. It tells the story that they were still trying to figure out what they had. Sorting out what worked and what didn't. Eventhough, a year later they would define what a Wrestlemania logo and event should be, 2 still stands out as something special to me.

The worst part of X-Seven is that they actually spelled it that way.

Rumor has it that it was supposed to be "WrestleMania cross Seven" and the event was gonna end with Brad Pitt finding Steve Austin's head in a box.
