I actually did. They got anti-reactions most towns, a lot of people on here hated them, but I was always kind of happy to hear their music hit. I really enjoyed their chemistry, and had been a fan of McCool since she turned heel. She was one of those cases where as soon as she turned heel, I completely got into her, while as a babyface I couldn't have cared less. And Layla is just great, I enjoy her mannerisms and the improvisational, fun style she brought to things.
I'd be down for Laycool coming back and squashing everyone, to be honest.

Also, bear in mind McCool's reign of terror was not just LayCool.

Eh, not really. I am aware that she's a good hand in the ring, but just did absolutely nothing for me. I imagine people were inclined to dislike her anyway due to her marriage to 'Taker as well. I will give her credit where it's due...the concept of Laycool really broke new ground in WWE heeldom, in that annoying = heat. Whether or not that's a good thing, well that's debatable (and oh has it).

I hated them back then, but looking at the current state of Divas division,I'd be glad to have them back.

I miss the Lay but not the Cool Me, too. I hated hated hated Michelle McCool. She grated so much.

I didn't like McCool on her own. She was good enough in the ring for my liking, but she just doesn't have the personality on her own.
Lay-Cool were awesome though.

Is every title reign that lasted longer than a month going to as a "REIGN OF TERROR", now?

Is every title reign that lasted longer than a month going to as a "REIGN OF TERROR", now? I'm sure the OP was referring to the fact that McCool was booked as the most important Diva in the company regardless of whether she had a title or not.

LayCool's long title reign was fine I thought. They were quite entertaining.
McCool on her own? Not so much.

I thought Michelle McCool had some great matches(Layla was doing alright too), but the LayCool act was really overbearing to me. It may have been less annoying if they booked some other Divas strong to balance the scales a little bit but they made it so it seemed like no other divas existed but LayCool and it was just frustrating to watch.

They were good at what they did. But after a year and a half of them running over everyone with almost no comeuppance, it got *really* stale.

Michelle got a bad rap. For all the talk about how she killed crowds dead, she could work. True, sadly they aren't mutually exclusive. That being said, she did get reactions against Mickie during the much hated 'fat' feud, and against Melina but...well outside of those Layla could get somewhat of a reaction. Michelle couldn't pay enough to get someone to do more than slightly murmur dissapointedly when she walked down the ramp.

Michelle McCool just has a sexy Florida redneck accent, it drives me crazy. Yall might have to be rednecks to understand.
