Now all we need is for Triple H, Bret Hart, and Shawn Michaels to cut their hair. Short hair in wrestling is the new long hair or black.

he looks like a little kid, it's kind of unnerving It's not just the hair he's looked progressively younger each time I've seen photos of him since his retirement. lol Joey Styles even commented on it during the live chat, that he looks younger than when he was wrestling... That's how I've felt about Shawn Michaels, he looks so much younger now than during his last run.

I always figured Edge could rock the shorter hair pretty well, in fact I've rarely seen a guy with long hair who couldn't work except for Foley. And Mark Henry. Bald Mark isn't as scary.

All he needs is the gray sweater jacket and he'd look just like Biff.

As a man who grows his locks in spite of everyone around him it's always disheartening when someone cuts their long hair. I don't like it.

I think it looks good. Personally I think the long hair look went out in the 90's and that almost all guys who had it (Jericho, Christian, Test) looked better without it. Couldn't agree more..

I also have long hair (no haircuts or anything in 2 years), but I'm also one of those people who enjoy switching it up every so often, so I'll most likely cut it quite soon and then grow it back out. Interesting note, since you have Booker T as your avatar, I've felt he's well overdue for a haircut...I miss those shorter dreads he had back in '01-02.

*shrug*
I think it looks good. Besides, it doesn't matter anymore. He kept the long hair due to his wrestling image, but now that he's retired he's probably thrilled that he can cut it off. Long hair is a pain in the ass.

Agree about him looking better. Edge=Long hair. Adam Copeland = short hair.

reminds me of when Christian got his hair cut. people probably had to get used to it, but I see both as an improvement.

I remember a time where long hair was pretty much standard for a wrestler. In the video games "WWF Royal Rumble" for the SNES you had a roster of 12 guys who had all long hair. Hell, even balding guys would still not cut it (Hogan, Earthquake, Jake Roberts, etc.). None of today's wrestlers would ever keep a skullet, except for a gimmick that mocks it.

End of an era. Even more so than his retirement! He's retired his hair!

There needs to be video of Rock walking past Edge, stopping, and saying "Somebody got a haircut."

Rock can't really call anyone out on their hair these days, though.

Didn't wrestlers have long hair so it was easier to hide them talking to each other? I suppose protecting kayfabe is less important these days.

Rock can't really call anyone out on their hair these days, though. He made fun of Cena for having fans that are kids, and for pandering to his audience.
