What's funny is that WWE is notorious for always changing their minds about every angle that they do. But the only thing time they don't change their minds and stick with their original plan is when fans latch onto somebody they're not supposed to. Vince is notoriously wishy-washy, but God forbid the fans pick who they want on top. It's not like they're paying money or anything. What are they supposed to change their mind on here. Sheamus is not losing the title. He's not wrestling DB this week, so what could they do? Honestly? Why can't you just wait a bit to see what happens? Those chants happened yesterday. Because there comes a point where WWE doesn't really deserve the benefit of the doubt anymore. They've spent the last few years making bad angles worse and fouling up perfectly good angles and characters that the fans wanted to see, but who weren't on the "approved" list of people who should get over. So I have absolutely no faith that, should these positive reactions for Bryan and negative reactions for Sheamus continue, that WWE will do anything differently.

According to some twitterers, Daniel Bryan's "Yes! Yes! Yes!" chants just broke out out at the Miami Heat game! I just heard the same thing, so f***ing awesome!

Unless they team D-Bry with Sheamus, the fans will just take this out on him. Ignoring this will only anger fans more. Which is why they should maybe try and use what happened at Mania to make Sheamus into a John Cena half face/half heel. Yeah, if they were smart they'd realize Cena as a main eventer only started to actually work once they began cultivating that around One Night Stand. Before that, he was such a flop even Cena was wanting to turn heel and drop to the midcard.

the more they try to surpress the chanting the louder it'll get.....they probably realise this now after Ryder. Hopefully they'll handle this one better.... So, they're going to combat it by squashing his momentum, pissing on it, shitting on it, and then burying it six feet under?

And I've seen plenty of good angles too. Thats why I still watch. There's not much they can do this week. There just isn't. What happened at Mania happened and they should go with Sheamus as champ for at least a damn week.

Judging by the fact that he has a DB avatar, I'm guessing it's moreso that the crowd would boo sweet little AJ and cheer the asshole boyfriend. And he's got a point, that's kind of a messed up thing to do. You guys new to wrestling? No one gives two about AJ. She can't build sympathy, she's just a prop. If they still allowed man on woman violence and he roundhouse kicked her in the head, he'd get a pop and be turned face. It's much less that and much more that the fans are expressing their displeasure by reacting in the opposite way, before Mania they would have gotten the reactions they wanted out of that segment.

I'm watching the Heat game on TV right now, I can hear some of it.
Too bad it's coming at the expense of my Sixers though.

- On the Titantron, WWE developmental wrestler Damien Sandow debuted. Sandow ran down how sinful and dirty our humanity is. He preached himself as a better, more pure person. I am so excited and flailing over the beardiness. Definitely watching SD this week now. I love Sandow and his promos. Sad it's on the Titantron so we won't get the "Lights! Spotlight!" bit, but still. YAY!!!!!

I don't see whats wrong with editing it out of recap that DB didn't even appear in. Because it's contrived. The people have spoken and told the company what and who they want. They need to call an audible and add Bryan to the mix -- something that should happen anyway since he's the former Champion. This company needs to abort the thinking that fans should just take what they give them, and book to suit their wants instead. they said Del Rio would get a FUTURE World Title shot. I'm sure Bryan will be using his rematch at Extreme rules

Frankly, except for Bryan's heel turn in the first place in recent years I've been happy with the WWE product

I <3 Bret: Bret Hart @brethart Very glad the fans were vocal in their displeasure of one of the best wrestlers on the roster being jobbed out in 18 seconds.
