for selfish reasons or not. What are some matches that you might and could like but you dont based on who won.
Granted I havent seen the Lesnar/fruity pebbles match I dont know of i'm gonna like it since I heard it was Lesnar kicking his ass most of the match then the other guy does the oh so predictable comeback and victory. I hated that back in 2005 and still do now so I dunno if I'm even going to want to pay to see it now.
I guess another one is the Team WWE vs. Nexus match from summerslam.
What are some ones for you all?

Tough one. Remember as a kid hating WM 2000's main event because HHH won. Other than that, I can't really think of a time where I've soured on a match because of the victor.
I was going to end up loving last night's Lesnar/Cena match no matter who won.

Edge vs. John Cena at the 2006 Royal Rumble. The match was actually pretty good, but Cena winning the title right back pissed me off so much that I instantly hated the match and refused to watch it again.

I honestly can't think of one. There are matches I didn't like because it had a crap finish, but not because of who won. That just seems really silly to me.

I actually liked the Montreal Screwjob match. Just not the way it ended.

I feel the same way for Triple H vs Booker you do. The match was pretty bland in itself and I remembered reading somewhere (might be an urban legend, though) that Booker was scheduled to win the title but Trips apparently called an audible along the way and he ended up winning it.
However, I mostly feel like rapidfire that I don't like matches because of crappy finishes, regardless of who wins. For instance, last night Tables Match between Big Show and Cody Rhodes. I don't mind Cody winning the title back but I didn't like how it ended. It made Show look like a big oaf.

I was just about to quote someone who mentioned the Booker T HHH match from WM 19 which just disappeared. I actually dont mind that match anymore. Lawler playing dumb to HHH/Flair's antics and cheating attempts which pissed off JR makes it tolerable for me.

I actually liked the Montreal Screwjob match. Just not the way it ended. Agreed. Granted, I would have been happy with HBK winning, just not the way he did. Either way, it was the best match I've seen the two have with each other. (and that dates back to the Rockers vs. Hart Foundation series.)

I cant think of any. I don't care who wins or loses. I only care about match quality.

Edge vs. John Cena at the 2006 Royal Rumble. The match was actually pretty good, but Cena winning the title right back pissed me off so much that I instantly hated the match and refused to watch it again. You know, I've been getting quite annoyed with all the folks recently who still have this massive, burning hatred for "SuperCena" even though I think he's been booked plenty vulnerable, because even though I think he's won a bunch of matches that he shouldn't have, I think he's lost some matches he should have won too. But this particular match and this time period reminds me of what it was like. NO WAY Cena should've won that match. The time was right in 2006 to let Edge hold the belt til Mania and have Cena win it back. The crowd was split, yes, and this was the arch of Cena's "Most Controversial Champion in WWE History" reign but... I know that they were dying to do Cena/HHH and all but this was the hottest feud at the time, no matter whose side you were on. When Cena went over Edge at RR, a mere handful of weeks since Edge beat him at NYR... oh, it infuriated me. Cena should've beat Edge for the belt, RVD should have won Money in the Bank like he did and you can still have RVD/Cena at ONS2 just like originally planned. I still don't understand how they didn't see this. Sometimes the story just writes itself, and the outcome should too...

Christian vs Orton where Christian dropped the title. That decision really soured me on that match.

Recently? Lesnar/Cena from last night. In recent history, HBK/Cena from WrestleMania. For a long time it was Hogan/Warrior at WM 6. I had a hard time dealing that when I was a young kid.

As did the WM 2000 main event mentioned earlier. Also HHH defending the title against RVD in 2003.

Possibly Hogan/Rock from Wrestlemania 18. Although I like the match, it really pisses me off that Rock went over. More with hindsight when the next night, Hogan was more over with the fans than ever and got one of the greatest reactions ever and then a month later, he was Champion again. Rock won at Mania and then buggered off for a few months (can't remember if it was an injury or to make a film). I love The Rock but it says something to me that in Hogan's first big match in the WWE for eight/nine years Hogan jobbed. Fast forward to last night and in Brock's first match for eight years, he jobbed. Rock goes away again for about eight years and in his first match back, he goes over.

Edge beating Del Rio at WM. I felt Del Rio needed that win to make his rise legitimate because he would have done exactly what he said he was going to do and also give him heat with the fans because he did it and can rub it in their faces.

I seriously don't remember seeing any posts predicting it would happen that way.

Supposedly, it was actually Stephanie who called the audible, not HHH, and it was supposedly because of Goldberg coming in.

HHH vs Cena at WM22, and both Hogan Summerslam matches.
