I never paid much attention to how the wrestlers ran the ropes until I came on here.
I mean, I still don't, but it's kinda rings in the back of my head every now and again.

Speaking of Cena. Hearing his dad use a "Boston" drawl was amusing. "you have no idear how haad he works". What's with the east coast and their weird placements of the letter R? R's migrate south. That's why people in Boston "wash their cah's" and people in Arkansas "warsh their cars"

Mind = blown. I didn't even realize that until now. Monday Night "NITRO" Nothing Interesting Turn Raw On I was thinking more along the lines of "Nitro" = "Night Row"

Monday Nitro was a pun on Monday Night Raw I didn't know that until... now. I also didn't realise that the rebooted WCW logo in 1999 was actually a WCW, rather than just a weird shape with 'World Championship Wrestling' written on it. I genuinely hadn't the faintest idea.

I didn't notice the tag ropes until '07 or so. Blew my mind too.

I always thought it was called the "announcers' table" instead of "announce table." Please, please tell me where your sig is from.

Monday Nitro was a pun on Monday Night Raw Wow, that was the first time I realized that. I didn't know what the name "Quebecers" meant until I realized that they were from Quebec. Until after Wrestlemania XXVIII, I finally figured out why Triple H and Undertaker had a Hell in The Cell match - because they were the two most frequent participants in the match. Until 2009, there was only one HITC match that didn't have either one, and that was Mankind vs. Kane on an episode of RAW in August 1998, a match I have no recollection of happening. Now I finally get why their(Taker and Hunter) match was called "The End of An Era". Until my brother pointed it out, I didn't realize Tuesday in Texas had the same initials as a dirty word.

grew up watching wwf from a young age on hogan and friends, so accepted everything i see on tv. but a few years ago, batista came out to cut a promo in the ring, in his ring gear. it finally dawned on me "i'm watching guys in their pants!?!?" i got over it, but for a few weeks it really bothered me...

Please, please tell me where your sig is from. If I can just step in, it's from Breaking Bad. Breaking Bad trivia: That's the first take of that scene. Bryan Cranston is such a great actor, he can throw a pizza onto a roof in one try. Back to wrestling quirks...

I didn't notice the tag ropes until '07 or so. Blew my mind too. During the Los Guerreros days Edide used to untie the tag rope from the turnbuckle and tie it around the top rope so he could move the length of the ring while still holding the tag rope. Greatness.

Until a few years ago, I never knew that they did "send the live crowd home happy" segments after tapings of the shows. A new pet peeve of mine: Every single live report these days always ends with the line "...to send the fans home happy"
