Seriously though, Saturyne and SDR better go over The Batiri, because they are more attractive.

5/9/2012: The landscape of CHIKARA is a lot like a puzzle, isn't it? Every piece fits neatly together. But what happens when there's a piece that doesn't fit? Everything has fallen so neatly into place for you, Jigsaw. The first Cibernetico. The second Young Lions Cup. Not to mention the King of Trios or the Campeonatos you won with your maestro at your side. Maybe if all the pieces fall into place on May 20th, you'll be the next Grand Champion of CHIKARA. You'll have done it all. Won it all. Our paths were so similar in the beginning, Jigsaw. We were a lot alike. The moves, the timing. We picked things up at almost the same pace. Almost. I was always quicker than you. Stronger, too. And definitely smarter than Kingston. Then your gang got kicked out, had to find somewhere new to train. I remember that day, seeing you pack up your car for the last time. You said to me - come along. Come to Chikara Wrestle Factory. Why would I? CHIKARA was barely making it from month to month. I watched a tape of theirs called "Baila, Parka, Baila" to see what it was all about. It was campy and it was stupid. But I kept on watching...I kept on watching for you. You were the last one ready, Jigsaw. The last one in the second class to debut. If I'd made the jump with you and the NY crew, I would have been ready weeks before you were. I would have been the next to debut. I would have been "Jigsaw." All your triumphs. All your accolades. Trips to Mexico, Europe, Asia. That should have been me. All of those things should have happened to me. Every year as CHIKARA grew bigger and bigger, I saw the opportunities that should have been mine. You're living my life, Jigsaw. You know I'm right. All you are is that mask. You think I wasn't watching you flounder in Ring of Honor? Without that mask, you'd be lost in the masses, like I was for years. I went nowhere while your career went everywhere. Now I have a mask of my own, and it's time to right that wrong. It's time I get the things that I deserve. THE SHARD

So it's definitely someone the New York Crew trained with before they went to the CWF. We have to remember who was in that school.

Analyzing a post from the previous thread.
If I had a dollar for everytime I've heard someone on an internet forum say how many friends they had in the locker room of X promotion that tells them a bunch of backstage stories I'd have a nice chunk of change. I'd love some links to some of these interviews to analyze for myself.
I really doubt Lince is the first time this happened with a wrestler, kind of odd don't you think. That Lince was the only one banned for this?
This doesn't make sense for a number of reasons, the main one being SSB didn't get booked by PWG until later, so Quack kicking them out for not even getting work for a promotion just sounds like a boldfaced lie.
Except the point doesn't stand. How many deathmatches has Mantis done compared to Pinkie Sanchez? It isn't hypocritical at all to let someone do 1 deathmatch but not want your talent to do regular deathmatches. Quack is running a business, at the end of the day if a talent is going to put themselves in danger, it's his choice as a promotion to not use them. You also failed to mention Pinkie's personal problems which I don't doubt were a factor.
Except Jigsaw does the exact same thing as Wicked. Why are people acting like Jigsaw has been pushed as some sort of top monster Cena-esque babyface since the dawn of Chikara?
What did Jigsaw really accomplish from 2009 up to his Tag Title win with Quack?
A storyline with the Unstable, 1 title shot vs the Portal, mentoring Future is Now, then began helping fight the BDK.
Yeah look at that monster push he's been getting. Quack and Jig getting the titles made sense. Two Chikara originals teaming up to take down the top heel stable. I don't see what the big deal was.

Analyzing a post from the previous thread. Analyzing the analysis. In other words, "You can't prove you talked to anybody in the know, therefore there is no way what you are saying can possibly be true!" It's not what, the first time a wrestler said "I can't work this show" and the promoter went ahead and put him on the card anyway, and then acted surprised and angry when he didn't appear? Because let me tell ya, that sounds like a pretty stupid thing for a promoter to do, so I don't think it can be that common. Lince was not under contract or anything, therefore he's not obligated to work any more shows than he wants to. If he felt Quack was overworking him or if he had demands on his time that prevented him from being there, he was perfectly within his rights to tell Quack that he wouldn't be appearing on such and such a date, and to subsequently not appear on that date. And if Quack expected him to appear even after Lince told him not to expect that, then there's something wrong with Quack. You're not getting it. The way I read the timeline and the description of events was: 1. SSB say "Hey, we'd like to work some shows for PWG in the future"; 2. Quack says "Oh no you don't, you're strictly Chikara talent"; 3. SSB say "Well, we're going to do it anyway. We're free to work for more than one promotion"; 4. Quack says "Fine, be disloyal assholes. For that, I'm going to make you lose all of your future matches, and then you can go and f*** yourselves. I hope you're happy in PWG!"; 5. SSB do a bunch of jobs, vanish from Chikara, and show in up PWG some time later. I'll let somebody who's more knowledgable about Pinkie address whether he does indeed have "personal problems" or whether you're just pulling that out of your ass, like you accuse others here of doing when they talk about what's going on with wrestlers and promoters. And there is NO reason for Quack to make Pinkie unwelcome in Chikara, NONE, if said deathmatches were not interfering with his ability to work regular matches. It doesn't matter what a guy does outside of Chikara, what he puts his body through; if he can walk in the door ready to wrestle, go out there and put on a great match, and not cause any problems backstage or with fans, then there's no justification for kicking him out. That makes as much sense as if I regularly went skydiving or rock climbing, and then my boss fired me from my job because I was "putting myself in danger" and he was afraid that one of these days something would go wrong and I'd fall to my death. What I do off the clock is none of his business, so long as it doesn't affect my work. And if I fall to my death, then he can hire somebody to replace me.

Quoting is getting a bit messy so I'll restart the boxes.
You don't find it a little bit convinent(sp), that there is always "that guy" on every forum talking about he is great friends with locker rooms of X promotion and they reveal all these dirty secrets to him?
Everyone seems quick to jump on the LINCE IS INNOCENT bandwagon. Lince was apparently booked months ago for the February events he missed, yet still managed to show up for the January show. Chikara is known to book events and storylines months in advance, I find it easier to believe Lince no-showing. If Lince wasn't going to show up for the February shows and told Quack this, I see no reason why Quack would have him for January.
Again I find this hard to believe. Why would SSB go up to Quack and tell him "We want to work somewhere else". It'd be a different story if they were bookef for PWG and had to miss a Chikara event but they weren't booked in PWG for years later. Quack doesn't handle their bookings so they had no reason to tell him that. Keep in mind SSB were working for ROH sparingly and various other small places at the time. So why would Quack hate PWG and not ROH?
Why would I make up Pinkie having personal problems to prove a point? Pinkie is a great personality, but considering how many people here seem to be buddy buddy with indy talent, I figured it was well known. Quack is completely justified for not wanting Pinkie to kill himself considering he was using him as part of their biggest angle in history.
At the end of the day you said it yourself. Chikara doesn't have contracts. Quack can pick and choose who he wants in his locker room. If he is unhappy with how a talent acts of conducts themselves outside of Chikara he has every right to remove them. Again as I said. Pinkie has documented problems I won't expose on here out of respect.
The notion that Quack kicked him out of Chikara solely for a few deathmatches is an assinine argument. By your logic, Quack would be a bad guy for kicking out a heroin addict.
"Well he does kill himself with heroin everyday in his personal life, but he has great matches SO LET HIM STAY!"

"Well he does kill himself with heroin everyday in his personal life, but he has great matches SO LET HIM STAY!" Um, yes actually. If you're friends with a guy and you're really worried about him, you try to make sure he gets help, you don't fire him. And I know that with this being indy wrestling "fire" might be the wrong word, but you know what I mean. And yes, so long as the heroin addict didn't shoot up right before a show so that he was in no condition to perform, I'd let him stay.

I gotta correct The Shard in that Jigsaw wasn't the 2nd YLC Champ, Sweeney was.

I gotta correct The Shard in that Jigsaw wasn't the 2nd YLC Champ, Sweeney was. Huh, yeah, weird little inconsistency there. Then again, considering that Sweeney lost the Cup in his first defense, maybe it's just one of those things that's kind of lost to time.
