This episode is really good so far. It's amazing to think that just 50 short years ago segregation was still going on.

At least we havent seen anything as bad as "Silly Little Game". I still havent gotten through that whole episode. BTW, has there ever been a time when multiple sports " events" (not just games, but news stories relating to sports) have happened on the same day? I'd love to see a documentary like that, since the June 13, 1994 one was my fav 30 for 30 (with the real rocky being right behind), and a "sequel" to that one would be interesting to see.

So far, I have Broke and 9.79 as the best from this season. They're not quite on the level of Pony Excess and Winning Time, but they're solid docs in their own right.
And was it me, or was the audio quality on Benji pretty crappy?

April 23rd - Elway to Marino(Ken Rodgers/NFL Films) - 1983 NFL Draft I guarantee someone will bring up how the Jets "made an idiotic move" drafting O'Brien over Marino.

When in actuality there was only one idiotic move in the 1st round at the QB spot. The Chiefs taking Todd Blackledge ahead of Kelly, O'Brien, Marino, and Tony Eason. At least O'Brien became a pro bowler, and Eason led the Pats to a Super Bowl.

After reading a book about it, I want to see a movie about the (in)famous T-206 Honus Wagner card. I even have a title and "What if I told you..." for it.
"What if I told you that a piece of cardboard could be a golden ticket?"
ESPN Presents A 30 for 30 Film: T-206: The Story of Baseball's Most Famous Card. Directed by Michael O'Keeffe and Teri Thompson

I did see There's No Place Like Home. It was very good and I'm sure Kansas fans are going to be estatic when that extension of the Allen Fieldhouse is built.

Finally a movie about Jimmy V. I watched the very first Espy awards when he uttered those immortal words, "cancer can touch a lot of things..." Not a dry eye in the house or in anyone watching on espn's house
