Skyrim {Spoiler}Alduin was way too easy. I actually had more trouble with bandit chiefs than I did him. It's just a typical dragon fight but he's got more health and you have three heroes of soverngarde to help take him down. It was a big disapointment to be honest. I just spent the whole fight firing spells at him whilst he chased around the three Soverngarde heroes.

Palmer in Final Fantasy 7. Honestly, did anybody ever lose to that guy? True story, once I was playing the game and was at that battle and me and my friends were going to the movies. I thought I turned the game off, but didn't. I got back 2 hours later and my guys weren't dead. He had two full hours of free reign on my team, and he couldn't beat me. The second Sniper Wolf fight in Metal Gear Solid is actually really easy as long as you decide you aren't too good to be cheap. Go to the east portion of the map and there's a small cliff. You can hide behind that and she can't hit you. You then switch to the Nikita, go to first person view, and stalk her down. A few times with that and she's done. I don't consider Yu Yevon a boss fight. I consider it part of the ending, because they literally make it impossible to lose. The boss of Syphon Filter was cake. If you threw a gas grenade at the doorway where you were coming, you'd kill him in one shot. Fallout 3's final battle is actually pretty disappoint. The game doesn't really use any tricks to make enemies harder, so the boss is pretty much no stronger than any of his goons, and you can convince him to just walk away as well.

Every single first level boss of the Sonic series. Especially the second Sonic game unless Tails jumps the gun and causes you to lose the hit.

The final boss from Borderlands. I was playing with Roland, and all I did was take my assault rifle and shoot the big vagina face. Started raining Crits for about 30 seconds, and then it was done.

On that note, Nine Toes who was a fairly early boss level character. Playing as Brick, all I had to do was run over and go berserk on his ass which absoluteley wrecked him.

To be fair, a lot of people are posting "first bosses", when in fact most of these are early enough in the game where they're practically training simulations for later boss battles.
I think the original post should preface only "final" bosses.
I agree with the Fable 2, but the final boss from Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, to me, is the only acceptable answer. You, a mid-20's/early 30's individual who is obvious quite athletic to go through that entire game, only to fight a sick old man. Just slash him once and he's dead. Game over. Thanks for playing. I don't recall if he had any attacks, but I remember just laughing for 10 minutes after the "battle".

Osmund Saddler from Resident Evil 4 was a cake walk. You know, supposedly there is an additional trick you can use against him that I never knew. Supposedly, you can drop a steel beam that hangs above the boss arena onto him for some heavy damage.

^ Really? I didn't know that. As he is so easy to kill it never crossed my mind to look for hanging girders, lol.

Now that I think about it, I know where that beam is, but I never thought to shoot at it.
Not that you really need the help though.

Persona 4 has a lot of difficult bosses, but Shadow Naoto isn't one of them. I think the first and second bosses are tougher! The first two "real" bosses in P4 are probably the toughest in the game outside of Kuni-no-Sagiri and the optional superboss. P4's got a descending scale of difficulty for sure.

Osmund Saddler from Resident Evil 4 was a cake walk. A cake walk has a higher degree of difficulty. I honestly refused to believe that was the last fight. I was sure there was going to be an actual challenge. EVERY boss fight in the game was harder than him.

Metal Man The guy has God's gift to NES gaming as a weapon, yet he sucks at using it and is extremely weak to your default weapon. And then there's the rematch. He is the only Robot Master to ever have two weaknesses as far as weaponry goes. I am going to nominate Molgera from "The Wind Waker" as an "easy" boss because of the fact that the hazard of the creature forming a sand pit is more dangerous than whatever else it can do, and if you know how to use the Hookshot, you pretty much bagged it in.

Baron Von Beige in Army Men - Air Attack 2
Just choose the Osprey, and spam him with Thunder Bombs. Down in four hits. Games won.

The boss of the Volcano temple from Skyward Sword was pretty easy, his attacks are easy to dodge, then you just keep chucking bombs at it when it's not fired up and then attack the eye.
