No trying to offend anyone here, but with the exception of RANGO, does RedBox only carry shit films?

Sadly, no Direct to DVD films. You're surprised by that ? Those movies get glossed over and ignored because no one's ever heard of them. RedBox does carry pretty much every movie released on any given week. Theres plenty of direct to dvd or movies that had limited theatrical releases on there.

We have started getting Redbox movies as I told my wife that I refused to pay for rentals from the cable company anymore. Seriously, those prices are beyond outrageous. I want Redbox and Blockbuster Boxes to do really well to force these idiots to make their own product more affordable.

I only rented Green Hornet from that list. Horrible, BTW. I do rent a lot from there, and they do have good movies. I guess it's better to buy the crappy movies cheaper, as the good ones will either get bought or rented for higher prices.

No trying to offend anyone here, but with the exception of RANGO, does RedBox only carry s*** films? They carry a really wide selection of films. The most rented ones are the highly promoted ones such as this.

Oddly, none of the dozen or so movies that our family rented from Redbox over the last year is on that list.

Every time I see a Red Box kiosk I always say to myself, "This is what replaced the video store?" I dont get it. You cant even properly browse the titles at your own leisure since you have to rush through it because of other people around. You cant even pay with cash either !. RedBox effin blows.

If I had to guess, the list is made up of movies that did "okay" in theaters and people wanted to check it out (for only a buck it's worth the risk), or it was a bomb and people still wanted to give it a chance since one dollar isn't too bad of an investment.

#1 & #2 have such bland titles I had to Google them to see which films these were as I had no recollection of them. Just reading the titles, Just Go With It, I was guessing that it was a sequel to Bring It On or something. No Strings Attached I was thinking that was that one with Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis, but I guess that was something else.
After Googling them, I do remember when those came out, but I had not thought about them after the commercials quit coming on.

I think there is something to that. Have to really want to see something to spend theatre money. Redbox money? Then I'm more inclined to take a risk or see something I have only moderate expectations from.
