If Bama gets the nod, I can't wait to laugh uncontrollably at how much the BCS is gonna get crapped on....
Honestly, I feel like we're doing all of this arguing for Bama and OK State just to see who will go face LSU and lose....I really can't see either getting the win over LSU...
And normally I figure SC will play in the Outback Bowl but I guess Georgia would get the nod over us....so Capital One Bowl maybe?
Although if we played in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl vs VT would be a good matchup...

I think most of us are along those same lines of thinking. Even Koda said he thought LSU would put the clamps down on State's offense. The debate for #2 is really all we have. I think 95% of everyone here is picking LSU regardless of opponent.

I'm still waiting to see where Nebraska will play. I'm guessing the Capital One Bowl.

You guys hear about the crap that happened after the OK State-Oklahoma game when they stormed the field and tore down the goalpost? Lots of injuries, a number of them serious. A few people had to be airlifted out and two people were left in critical condition. :/
What the hell is wrong with people?

The only thing that gets me about that is how do they know how many human voters will or won't switch? I Twitter is a powerful tool.

Here's what they need to do for a suitable opponent for LSU.
We need a Delorean, a Time Machine, and a ton of plutonium for the required 1.21 jigawatts.
We're going back to 1995.

@nicoleauerbach: USA TODAY coaches poll (points): 1. LSU (1475) 2. Alabama (1399) 3. Okl State (1367) 4. Stanford (1286)
It's going to be a close one.

jppalm based on current computer projections (OSU 2 in 4 of 6), OSU must now pass Bama in Harris poll by 5 points to be #2 overall.

I wonder how (assuming Bama gets in) the ratings for the BCSNG will be? With the amount of people who supposedly want OSU in, it'll be interesting to see how many people actually watch the rematch.

I'm not trying to take anything away from OK St., but I think last night's win had more to do with Oklahoma playing like garbage than OK St. playing really well. It still boggles my mind how terribly they played. I mean, I know teams can have an off night, but still... It's like they didn't even try. It was a mix of both. OU had some good plays and drives, but when they had to, Ok. State stopped them somehow, with turnovers or just stuffing them. This was especially the story in the first half and part way through the third quarter. Then, after that second half, OU just fell apart. Around the time Landry Jones had tat completely unforced fumble you could tell that they were done.

Bama's case to get in, despite the resume being weaker than Okie State's, is a good loss with no touchdowns.
Really?
If Okie State doesn't blame LSU, I'm blaming this on the human voters.
Alabama is ONLY in line for the rematch because the voters are showing big Bama boners.
Bama is apparently the second-best team because they say so. The Tide has not beaten an FCS team with a winning record since September!
