For Christmas, I got plenty of new video games, but I also found and refurbished an old XBox that I bought for $3. Add with a $8 controller, and the total price for construction was $11 (I had a power cord and I use an all-purpose cable for my Wii and PS2 that also has XBox connections).
I only have two games so far: Tiger Woods Pro Tour 2003 and a dual disk that has Sega GT 2002 and Jet Set Radio Future. But I plan on grabbing a few more.
HALO is pretty obvious, but I'm going to go out of my way to get WWE Raw 2, because it's the only WWE game to feature Bradshaw in the revived APA attire (well, there are many more reasons, but this is a start).
Anybody got any other suggestions?

Knights of the Old Republic, but I guess it's also a PC title.

Oddworld Stranger's Wrath is brilliant.
(Unless you have a PS3 as there's a HD version)

I remember really liking the first NFL Fever. It was just a ridiculous football game. It was the Rex Grossman of NFL video games. You could just chuck it deep every play and have pretty decent success, but that was part of the fun. It wasn't realistic, but I really enjoyed it.

The Mortal Combat games I recommend. Deadly Alliance and Deception.

A lot of these games were also on the PS2, GC, and PC, and a lot of the titles I'm going to recommend are better on the PC, but these games are pretty good Xbox games. Halo and Halo 2 are sort of the "duh" choices.
Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic II (PC version if you can help it, though) Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind GOTY Edition (see KOTOR2) Guilty Gear XX #reload (Still my favorite revision of the game, and it was Xbox exclusive in the US, though I think it was ported to the PSP bundled with an awful beat-em-up) Forza Motorsport Project Gotham Racing series Soul Calibur II (a lot of people prefer the GC version, but my preference is the Xbox version) Splinter Cell series (it got ported to other consoles later, but the Xbox was always the "main" console for the series). Oddworld: Munch's Oddysee Panzer Dragoon Orta Deus Ex: Invisible War (unlike the other PC games, the Xbox version is MUCH better) Dead or Alive Ultimate Capcom vs. SNK 2 EO (use a stick or fightpad if you can help it)
I also heard a lot of good about the Otogi games, though I never played them myself.
One more thing of note: FOR THE LOVE OF GOD make sure you have the Xbox Controller S. And if you don't, get one.

A lot of my recommendations are going to be stuff people already recommended, but yeah. Also, like M.O.P.'s, mine will likely cross over into multi-console/PC territory, but the XBox is where I played it, so yeah:
Jet Set Radio Future Max Payne/2 Otogi/2 Ninja Gaiden Black Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic/2 Advent Rising (Not popular, but I legitimately dug it.) The Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind Sid Meier's Pirates! Blitz: The League Jade Empire Pirates of the Caribbean (Not based on the movies, and frankly, not very good. But there was something about the way this game was executed that I just really enjoy. Like a more in-depth, up close and personal version of Sid Meier's Pirates! It just wasn't as good as that game) Psychonauts The Suffering/Ties That Bind The Warriors
And I definitely gotta recommend you get Raw 2. I know you were already planning on it, but yeah. The gameplay leaves a bit to be desired, but the career mode is pretty much my perfect, ideal career mode. It books you in matches set on a calendar, and it's indefinite. I miss that sort of thing.

Battle Engine Aquila is one of the funniest games I've ever played, on accident.
