Oddly enough, I probably ate more meat (mostly chicken beef, but some bacon was involved) yesterday than I've had in ages, at the very least more than, oh, about six of the past seven days combined.
I also wound up getting drunk.
Final verdict: didn't have much resembling a hangover, but definitely had a stomach that felt bloated and uncomfortable. Sorry meat, the cutback will continue, delicious though you are and as much as I'll still enjoy a random day of housing a dozen buffalo wings or a giant burger.
Still, it's been good in terms of both: I don't overly crave either at this point, which is obviously a big step. Not that I usually got alcohol "cravings" (that'd be a pretty dangerous sign), but I can go without with less thought.

Alcohol. I rarely drink anyway, and haven't been drunk since last New Year's, but all my meals are built around meat. A meal just isn't a meal without meat in it, and if I come across a vegetarian recipe, I'll find a way to make a meaty version.
