Favorite Shoot Interviews?

I have never gotten around to watching any full shoot interviews before today. I've seen brief clips of a few here and there though. Today, I had nothing to do so I'm watching the CM Punk solo RF shoot. I'm just about done with it, and have the Punk/Joe shoot up next, and plan on looking for Punk/Cabana tomorrow.

What are your favorite/least favorite shoots? Which are the ones that are must see, or the ones that are must miss?

I love the Ric Flair shoot as well as Raven's first and second shoots. But probably my favorite one has been Lanny Poffo's. He doesn't really bury many people but he just seems like an awesome guy. After listening to him, he's one of the wrestlers I'd really like to meet one day.

I liked the Godfather's shoot. The guy came off really likeable and didnt say a bad thing about anyone (except I think Johnny ace, but he doesnt count)

Bobby Heenan's is a good one.

I could listen to "Playboy" Gary Hart talk for hours. Pretty much anything he did is going to be great.

Heenan and Cornette did 3 together for ROH, and I enjoy them all.

"Behind Closed Doors with Jake Roberts" is great because you see that the guy really is a wrestling genius.

Cornette and Percy Pringle did a good one together.

Any one with New Jack, Kevin Nash, Jim Cornette, of course, Sean Waltman, and the one with Raven with James Mitchell. Those two guys are knowledgeable about the business. Also, the one with Paul London and Brian Kendrick was pretty funny and the one with Brickhouse Brown was good. Bobby Jaggers was also a good shoot, but he spends a lot of time talking about the Bruiser Brody murder; the preview on Youtube was misleading as he did not seem as bitter as he came across. Billy Jack Haynes was disturbing, but an interesting watch.

The Samoa Joe/CM Punk is all my all-time favorite. Anything with Kevin Nash, Percy Pringle, and the Brian Kendrick/Paul London shoot also are pretty solid.

- Cornette's the best. No one gets me fired up about wrestling, good or bad like Jim Cornette.

- Raven's shoots/secrets of the ring are great and have changed the way I look at a lot of matches, as well as Al Snow's(though he's a bit of a grump on shoot interviews).

- Lance Storm always brings a very level headed perspective of his time in the hottest period in wrestling.

-Sean Waltman's honesty and passion is great to watch and listen to.

- Kevin Nash has a lot of smart opinion on a lot of stuff that's changed my tune on certain things(the fingerpoke of doom and the death of WCW).

I gotta say though I hate fringe shoot interviews like Iron Sheik where the company seems to bring guys in, treat them to their vice of choice and let them make asses of themselves. Sheik is fun in short bits but I can't imagine watching an hour of his ramblings. That Sheik/New Jack/Honky Tonk shoot where they end up showing their asses, or that Nash/Xpac thing where they get hammered, cry all over each other and start bitching about the Nexus and all that. It's just uncomfortable to watch.

- Any of the Heenan/Cornette ones they did for ROH.

- Same goes with Pringle/Cornette.

- Ric Flairs Highspot shoot.

My all time favorite is Heenan's
the Punk/Cabana shoot is great, if only for the story about Harley Race and Punk's new car
any Cornette, I especially love his second(?) youshoot where he talks about Sprite, "the nectar of the gods"
There's a really old RVD one (pre 2000) where he answers a couple of phone calls and it's pretty funny
Raven's are good but he's always all over the place
Sandman's can be funny, he's such a mess though, but I love how he has an incomprehensible memory of numbers
and New Jack's youshoot. any other new jack shoot i've seen is just terrifying.

I forgot about the Missy Hyatt shoot. Let's just say it isn't for kids....unlike most of the others, it even comes with its own disclaimer.

Speaking of disclaimers, Billy Jack Haynes.

His first one is actually pretty good. Still pretty messed up, but in it, he comes across as someone teetering on the brink of insanity instead of full blown crazy like he did in the "Conspiracy Theory" shoot.

The Rock and Roll Express one is pretty damn good.

I liked the youshoot with Saturn, as he seemed very humbled by his experiences and doesn't hold back anything.
I also enjoyed the Road dogg shoot where he teaches some young guys at a wrestling school tricks of the trade, as well as any al snow shoot.

Stevie ray's shoot interview was good as well. He's a very well spoken individual and was a joy to listen to. Flair's shoot was interesting, x-PAC is honest and seems genuine, and I also enjoyed Kevin kelly's and the Vince Russo/ Ferrara shoot, because I enjoy the backstage insight into the wwf at a time when their backs were against the wall and alot of changes were coming about with that company.

Good call on Kevin Kelly. He's always a good listen. Russo's definitely an interesting listen too just to understand what goes through his head.
