Because the "menial daily task" you're talking about isn't likely to kill you. So she's a bad person because her overeating is hazardous to her health? Accepting money to basically eat herself to death makes her a bad person in my book. |

I disagree with that. Does it make her someone I pity? Yes. Does it make her a bad person? Why would it? Explain to me how it hurts anyone but herself.
The thing is that she had a problem to begin with and found a way to make money off of it. It is not unheard of for either boys or girls with self esteem/daddy/abuse/drug issues to be extremely promiscuous. If a promiscuous girl gets into porn to make a living does it make her a bad person? She is also making money off of people who enjoy watching her potentially self-destructive behavior. What is the difference? Is it the fact that one of those people is physically attractive to you and the other is not?

Lol, how does that make her a bad person? Would I be a bad person if I charged people to watch me wash dishes or something? No...I'd be a genius for actually making money off of a menial daily task. The people paying for it...now they're probably quite f***ed up in the head. Because the "menial daily task" you're talking about isn't likely to kill you. Okay, so what if I accepted money for people to watch me punch myself in the skull everyday? Does it make me stupid? Possibly. Does it make me a bad person? I don't think so. Like others said, how does it hurt anyone other than herself? Yea yea, maybe it hurts her family or something, but really...what else is a huge woman like that going to do for money? Clearly, she's not going to work for money. At least she was doing something. |

I think you could argue she's a bad person, because she's so morbidly obese, that eventually she'll become a burdon of the state and tax payers will have to take care of her. All because she couldn't stop overeating.

Point being, as Rapidfire said, you can object all you want, but the only person she's really hurting is herself; and if she's willing to do so for the sake of a buck (and people are willing to pay to see that), then hey. |

She's not only hurting herself, she has 2 children who are obviously impacted as well. That's a good point. But it's null & void if she's no longer doing that "work" and is now trying to lose weight. Besides, if the other poster earlier is correct, she also has a husband. So it's not like those kids are just forced to take care of themselves because their immobile mother can't do it. And to the person that said she'd become a burden of the state. That's only the case if she's not making her own money, which up until this point, she was. If she reaches her goal of 300-something pounds, I don't think she'll be able to claim disability either. There's a lot of bad people in this world. Killers, thiefs, corrupt officials, sexual predators, cheating spouses, animal abusers etc. A fat bitch that makes a living by stuffing her face with food is not a bad person in my honest opinion. An idiot? Perhaps. If you disagree then...you know...whatever. It doesn't really matter what any of us think anyway. |
