I was out when this happened. I admit not being crappers anymore is a bittersweet feeling, but the new site looks great! Now I'm to lazy to read all 7 pages, so is the url going to remain the same or will that change overtime as well? 99% certain be switching URL's but keeping the board. Just a new URL will allow us to get here. |

The forum IS getting a change soon. Tonight is all about the site launch. Baby steps, friend. Why not do it all at once? Everything said a new era begins May 8...a new era isn't a new logo. To be honest, and I doubt I'm alone on this, I could care less what site this forum is attached to or not attached to. I care about the messageboard, nothing more. Congrats on the website, but if it doesn't instantly affect this board it shouldn't be hyped here as if it does. As somebody mentioned earlier, a new site will affect this board immensely (in a good way)! |

I checked the OP. What does this have to do with Pro-Boards? Everything is the same. I'm disappointed you guys hyped massive change. Sorry, that's just my opinion. Nothing as far as this forum is concerned seems different or new. I figured the board was moving and everyone would have their post-count, etc reset to zero, and everything would have some new, top of the line look. I'm sorry our starting a new website from scratch to support this board doesn't blow you away. I'll be sure to change some of the yellow borders on here to blue. Will that suit you? And by the way? We *are* moving the board - again, read my posts here. As far as post counts being reset to zero...? Hell, why not, one time only. No offense, Madison, but this just makes you come off as a douche. Sarcasm is a great tool for humor, if you use it properly, which I don't think you're doing very well in this case. You just come off as someone who wants to insult the new guy who doesn't "get it". (yeah I know, slik isn't new to the boards!) I would have expected better from a mod. |

Changes are slowly being applied to the site, right? It isn't an easy job designing the site all in all, so it's worth the wait till everything's all set up & done, no? I'm glad to be a part of the Freakin' Awesome Network! |

We've explained several times in this thread what we're doing and he keeps coming back with things we've already discussed. I asked him to read those posts and he continues on about things we've already explained. You know me by now, I hope. I wouldn't have said something like that if I didn't feel it was justified. A lot of people are posting opinions here that are somewhat negative, the name change being the biggest, but I have no problem with that. I knew we were going to have some backlash. I just think his particular continual backlash is one that doesn't justify itself given what we've already discussed here. |
