Because to take a sort of que from Vandal Savage I would alter reality to where I have amassed the single most wealth in history to the point I can buy any and everything that I see fit without having to be a hahaha type of villan , I can simply buy Villany and have all others do my work for me.

And being so wealthy I know puts me at the highest of odds for being assasinated but being the wealthiest human to ever exsist has advantages...like having access to cloning devices , image projection etc so I can be everywhere at the sametime and yet not have to be there at all , all about using that wealth in the most genius of ways.
