I'd love to see a Wrestling with the Stars, where celebrities are paired with Superstars and Divas, and put on matches every week, with the fans voting in.

Match Jukebox: a two hour weekly show with a different superstar each week. They select a few favourite matches (featuring any wrestler) from the archives and provide commentary on said match with a qualified PBP guy. They could even release them as DVD's with background packages for the featured matches etc.

The behind the scenes stuff. It doesn't have to kill kayfabe, as they've done it with Orton and Cena's dvd's in a way that meshes with their characters.
That stuff is always cool to me.

A reality show where former WWE wrestlers live in a house and compete to see who can win a WWE contract. A travelling show where John Morrison take in the local scenery & attractions. Kinda like Travel Sick meets Insomniac.

They should look at dedicated sports networks like MLB Network, NESN, and YES for their original programming ideas. Documentaries, discussions of the goings on in the WWE, kid-friendly shows that highlight popular superstars, roundtable discussions. Maybe even set up contracts to show international wrestling shows from companies like CMLL, AAA, NOAH, NJPW, etc. There's a ton of amazing possibilities for this network and I hope WWE takes advantage of them instead of just going through the motions.

Let's see:
WCW Monday Nitro, complete and unedited, in order WCW Thunder, complete and unedited, in order WCW Worldwide, complete and unedited, in order Every WCW PPV from the Nitro era on, complete and unedited, in order ECW Hardcore TV, complete and unedited, in order ECW on TNN, complete and unedited, in order Every ECW PPV, complete and unedited, in order, and put up the damn money for the music rights! Piper's Pit (as a weekly 30 or 60 minute program) Wild Card: Hulk Hogan's Rock 'N Wrestling on Saturday mornings.
Is it obvious I really don't wanna see any new and/or original programming? Oh, and if McMahon/WWE owns the rights to the old USWA show, I wouldn't mind seeing those either.

Where was R-Truth from 2002-2007? would be another suitable mystery. During those years, R-Truth severely got got by a cadre of spiders and Lil Jimmies. He was not a good R-Truth at the time. No more will be said about this period of time.

Seconded. I'd like to see them to show a few some indy as well. It doesn't have to be PWG or Chikara or anything. Chaotic Wrestling and the like would be fine. I look at it like this: The NFL Network shows the CFL and the Arena league, NBA TV shows FIBA games and the MLB Network shows the Caribbean Series. I don't seen why Vince and the gang can't show some non-WWE shows.
