Orton's marijuana-related suspension was a behavioral suspension, not a Wellness suspension. So the suspense for "unprofessional conduct" and the marijuana use were one in the same. Thanks for the clarification.

Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, if I remember right he was openly smoking backstage and they suspended him for it.

Don't you get a clean slate if you leave and come back? It might depend on who you are and how badly you messed up. Has anybody ever gotten the full three strikes? Nope. Jeff Hardy came the closest, but luckily for both him and the E' he didn't get arrested until after his contract expired.

Orton is interesting. He seems to be alot better now, but let's say he did something. If push comes to shove, I wonder if they would do it or not.

They let Rock and Jeff Hardy's contracts run out and they sacked Angle when he refused to go to rehab. Apart from Triple H and maybe Cena, everyone else is probably fair game.

According to things said when he was rehired, Eugene got the full three strikes in his first run.

Well, they would have had to pay Rock to do virtually nothing, they got alot out of Hardy playing risk/reward, and made the right call, and Angle was a walking deathpool right before they let him go. It was pretty scary, according to him and houseshow reports, he was getting injured virtually every day. They really don't have alot of stars now, that's why it would be kinda hard to believe they would give Orton a one year vacation.

Undertaker and HHH were fined for a chairshot to the head. I don't know if it counts as a strike. Chairshot is a strike
