Some points:
Dave Meltzer has mentioned that Vince is generally a lot more run down these days, sleeps an entire day of the week, and doesn't even bother to hide if he's sick anymore.
Keller mentioned that some people in WWE have said to him that Vince is sort of reminding them of Verne Gange as the the end of the AWA. Although Wade insisted Vince wasn't going senile or anything, just that possibly he's grown bored with wrestling and his mad because none of his outside projects ever took off.
And then, of course, there was the treatment of JR this week, which was nasty even by Vince's standards, and is making everyone wonder just what this guy is thinking doing this to people.
So, what do think? Is Vince on the crazy train?

Eh, Vince as is crazy as he ever was.
I'm just glad they decided not to go with the "Vince is crazy" storyline in 2007 where it was apparently going to be revealed he had a brain tumour.

I thought JR's treatment was tame compared to what has happened to him in Oklahoma in the past.

So Vince McMahon's tired, washed up and bitter at life? What else is new?
In many ways both Vince and Hulk Hogan are alot alike in the fact that every single project they have both tried outside of the pro wrestling world have all being duds. Every single one of them and I can see them being very bitter about it as well.

At least take a few months off Vince. I might be the recharge you need.

Has Vince ever explained as to what he has against professional wrestling, and why he feels the need to take on all these outside projects despite the fact that they keep failing?

Breaking news. Vince McMahon getting old. Rumour has it that other members of WWE get older every day.

By doing so he eliminated any possible chance of an off-season for not only himself but talent as well. Sadly I think the WWE needed one over a decade ago but now I feel there screwed.

He should have stepped down years ago. .. Guess he doesn't really trust anyone to run the show. What is he? 66 years old? From all reports, Vince is completely nuts, erratic, and senile. For god sakes man, retire. I doubt he needs the money. Its obvious he is out of touch with today's society, and really isn't the "wrestling genius" anymore. Look at the product today I mean they are still making money but creative wise in terms of the midcard, and top angles they are a cluster**** The midcard for years now has meant jack diddly squat. They continue to waterdown the ME scene and never pull the trigger on anything. They have been creatively stagnant for over 10 years now. Really the last truly compelling creative that I saw was back in 2000. He lets the REAL wrestling geniuses like Heyman go.. And puts some useless waste of space like his daughter in charge creatively or Lauinitis or Gerwitz? They need to be in charge creatively or with talent relations like I need to be the head of NASA. All you have to do is look at what they did to Punk or the Nexus or even the invasion or the midcard in general, and that right there is WWE creative in a nutshell these days. They should be lucky there is no direct competitor these days.. If there were, I wouldn't be surprised if WWE either died entirely or had to retreat back to the northeast. Because of the type of programming they got going now, no way could survive. There is no Austin or Rock around to save them. Cena, Orton, Punk ( the way they dropped the ball creatively on him), Del Rio etc.. just aren't enough

Who would want to watch the XFL, when you got the NFL and NCAA football? They are the real deal.
Everything Vince has done outside of wrestling has crapped the bed.

If even half of what you hear about him is true, it's amazing this hasn't happened to him sooner.

Indulging in cocaine and steroids for nearly 30 years (*allegedly*) will do that to you.
Vince has hung in fairly well considering.

It was hemorrhaging money and setting record lows for ratings. They didn't have a choice but to drop it ASAP.

I never understood that.. What kind of double standard, the employees can't engage in roiding like pigs or sniffing coke lines yet its perfectly fine for the owner to do so. ROFL Owners are apparently above the rules and above the law.
Vince has said he was into the drug scene (in the 80s at least) and looking at him, of course hes been roiding for years

Vince hasn't been well since the death of his one greatest source of comfort in the world: Tuesday Night Titans.
Once the world rejected his love for hillbillies, asses, food, music, humiliating people, Lord Alfred Hayes, trolling Ricky Steamboat, heels, and bodybuilders writ large he rejected the world and his love turned to cruel, cruel hatred.

Eh, Vince may be disconnected as far as appealing to the fans, but having lost his passion for the wrestling business? I call BS on that.

Vince has said he was into the drug scene (in the 80s at least) and looking at him, of course hes been roiding for years We can name various points where we know without any doubt as far as I'm concerned that Vince was roided up. 1999 Royal Rumble, 2002 Royal Rumble, 2006 Wrestlemania. More recently, he's still just as big. He's bigger than most of his roster, who are half his age. I doubt very much that he would be able to pass the wellness tests or even a basic performance enhancing drugs test. Vince has been taking roids and doing coke and has never taken a holiday, at least since he fully took over the WWE (then WWF) from his father. That will take its toll on any man.
