Actually, Chris Hero's FCW name is Romeo Christoph.
Romeo & Antonio...THAT'S RIGHT. WWE'S BRINGING BACK THE HEART THROBS.

Just mentioned this in the pics/gifs thread, thought I should post it here too... I wonder what his finisher will be in WWE. The Ricola Bomb is perfectly WWE-friendly I'd say, but would they let him use what is basically a better version of the Batista Bomb?

I'd go with the Pop-Up European Uppercut, followed by the Neutraliser for the tapout win.

Even though it's happening over 5 years later, I'm hyped for Claudio finally making it to WWE. Antonio Cesaro is a catchy name. Much better than I thought he was going to be named. Plus him going to FCW instead of the main roster is a good thing. No need to rush him out there just yet.

I'm expecting some 4-8 weeks of Very European vignettes hyping him up.

This is good news and I'm hoping Hero will be signed next. Kinda pissed though that WWE/FCW released Matthew Justice aka Mack Hefield. Like anyone cares.... Anyway, f*** you WWE!

I'm expecting some 18-20 weeks of Very European vignettes hyping him up. Made that a little more realistic for you.

Somebody must've been really big on him because they signed him to a deal where they only have the rights to his name as long as he's under contract. When he's under contract, they can do whatever the like with his name but if he left it reverted to him. That was apparently a big issue with the negotiations this year is that WWE wanted him to sign the name over lock, stock and barrel and he wanted to keep the same deal EDIT: Also, I like the new name. Don't like it as much as Claudio Castignoli, but it's still pretty good Actually, by looking at the TES, WWE owns the name.

This is a rare case of me preferring the new WWE-issued name over his old name. Antonio Cesaro is a good name that rolls off the tongue a lot easier.
Now I just hope that we get an official announcement that Hero has signed as well. I guess now would be a good time to say that I think changing Hero's name would be a mistake. Chris Hero is seriously one of the best wrestling names ever, I have no doubts that the WWE-issued name would be worse.

I just hope they keep the 'Hero' bit since that's a great last name for a wrestler. Chris is generic and easily replaceable so if they drop that, I won't care too much as long as it's not replaced by something lame.

Whenever they signed Awesome Kong there was no real confirmation for months afterwards, not sure about with Mistico.
Claudio Cesaro is better than both, but Antonio Cesero is a big step up from Castagnoli.
