Smelly Kelly ? We back to being 8 year-olds at school again ? When I was 8 years old, I was watching Hogan slam Andre on closed circuit live. Hell I wish I could mark out like that again.

Great news! I know it's not a popular opinion here, but I like Kelly Kelly. Me too! This news makes me very happy!

Is it wrong for me to say that Sunny had more talent in her pinkie finger than all of Kelly Kelly.
I've been watching WWF from the 1996 and Sunny was really good. She was more useful as a manager than Kelly has been as a manager or wrestler.

Good for her, It's just going to give me something else to fast forward through.

Who knows...maybe 5 years from now we'll be looking back at the illustrious career of Kelly Kelly who actually became a great ring general and 8 time divas champion.
You just never know.
I can dream about her becoming excellent someday, can't I?

I can dream about her becoming excellent someday, can't I? I still remember back in 2008 when she was getting better by the week and was actually looking pretty decent in the ring (sure she was working with Beth, but still). If she'd kept up that level of motivation and improvement she could have been pretty good by now.

While I'm not a huge fan of Kelly, or divas in general, but having met her at a couple of signings, I find the out and out hatred that's directed at her on here kinda disturbing. If some of the jokes aimed at KK were directed at ANY other wrestler (maybe bar Trips), I get the feeling there would be a very different reaction to them. That and most of them are no longer beating a dead horse, but hitting the smear on the ground where the horse used to be with a very worn down stick.

I think she gets a lot of hate because people have come to see her as everything that is wrong with the diva's division, which isn't her fault and not really fair. If she is what management wants, then that is that...and a lot of the time I could just imagine Vince McMahon watching her come out with the belt, matching it perfectly like a complete package Barbie with a big smile and thinking "This girl's going to be a big star!" and getting confused when the hardcore fans boo her. BUT she did get cheers with the smarky crowd at Wrestlemania, so I do think eventually she'll win even the smarks over. She'll just have to take big bumps etc... to get people to respect her. Trish was f***ing terrible when she started, anyone who doesn't remember* can go back and watch any of her matches from 2001-02 when they weren't gimmicky and see how bad she was, but the crowds eventually accepted her as a wrestler and not a pair of boobs and ass.

The thing that's frustrating with Kelly is, as was mentioned, a couple of years ago she was getting quite a bit better. Hell I remember starting a thread about that very thing; and then for whatever reason she just stalled out, if not totally regressed.
I feel like if she'd kept the pace of improvement, likely the majority wouldn't have an issue with here at all.

She was more useful as a manager than Kelly has been as a manager or wrestler. But there's a big difference there. Tammy Sytch was a lifelong pro wrestling fan, and had a tremendous mind for the business. Kelly was a bikini model who was recruited by Johnny Ace, and she likely never watched a match before signing with WWE.

I still can't see her staying too much longer. I think she's got the itch now. I think she has her place in the company as the face jobber, just don't ever make her act or beat Beth/Natalya again. And for the love of god, please never have her beat Kharma. Yeah how is Skirt Tiffany an insult? Surely it was to make Laycool look stupid for having such a rubbish insult. Like dumb bullies at school who can't come up with anything clever so their insults are awful. I doubt Kelly smells bad. She probably smells of strong perfume that's really sweet. I always thought the Skirt Tiffany thing was more like they had no idea who she was and the only identifiable thing they could think of was that she wore a skirt.

She improved a lot (from ultra shitty to perhaps merely shitty), and I appreciate the effort, but her lucha offense still comes off EXTREMELY forced. I know everyone can't be Trish Stratus, but Trish Stratus started off just as bad and become one of the more solid wrestlers (by WWE Diva standards). Kelly Kelly is just seems naturally awkward when it comes to going through the motions.

Just now that at some point, while she still wasn't consistently 'good', you could see her getting better incrementally; and then somewhere along the way that all just stopped.

If Kelly Kelly was good on the mic I would forgive her huge shortfalls in the ring. If she was good in the ring I would forgive her for being awful on the mic. She is horrible at both. She is literally the sloppiest full time wrestler I have ever seen and I dare anyone to name any full time wrestler man or woman who is worse. I'm so glad AJ is finally getting praise because she is great on the mic and in the ring. She is a million times better than Kelly in every way. Not only that but she actually spent three years in the indies working on her craft.

I doubt WWE is going to stop looking at people who have no indy wrestling experience. If they refused people who didn't, they would never have signed Trish Stratus, Michelle McCool, Brock Lesnar, Batista, Shelton Benjamin, Kurt Angle, and Jack Swagger.
