Study is BS. Eat it in moderation folks! Yea basically that. Most things in moderation are okay. Yet we live in a world were taking the moderate/middle road is not looked upoun highly.

Im so sick of this very healthy not healthy at all stuff ever since I caught diabetes, theres the obvious stuff that you shouldnt eat but there is so much food that on one book/magazine/online article says its perfectly healthy to eat and in some says will elevate your sugar to the roof. you would think stuff as specific as what will elevate your sugar levels would be easy enuff to reach a consensus decision.

The main issue with red meat is that moderation means REALLY moderate, but good luck finding people who usually adhere to it.
Seriously, with red meat the suggested healthy serving size is no bigger than your own fist. Know of any places that sell cuts like that?

Perhaps the size of a normal fist with a bit of a wrist. In any case, I can moderate myself when it comes to the red meat. Sometimes I'd eat some extra, but I get enough exercise.

And you'll never find a place that just serves you the filet mignon, since it has virtually no flavor by itself. So, you'll eat it with a rich butter sauce or red wine sauce; probably with a lot of potatoes too.
