I remember when she talked on Tough Enough and it was like a different person.
She's hiding something. And playing us all.

Actually, it didn't. There were still jokes on the Raw topic.

I will admit that I was pleasantly surprised by her last night. I don't think I've ever seen anything like that before from her (seemingly real emotion, I mean), to be honest, so it was a nice change of pace. It looked like she was having a bit of fun, and it showed through.

They should just let her be herself. Last night's interaction with Show was her best in a long time. It shows that she actually has some personality.

She is an absolutely awful actress. Any emotion she tries to portray she usually fails at, and is terribly robotic to boot.
Last night it was just her and Show goofing around until they got to the point of the segment which is why she came off much better. If that's all they had her do each week she would be much more bearable. It's when they ask her to do anything the problems start..

Since you mentioned her personality, I would not be surprised if she were a better wrestler than the 5 moves she showed every week. She isn't good from what I can see, but at least she can be carried by a better, more experienced opponent. Of course, the better moves comment can be something attributed to all of the Divas.

I don't think she was really trained to do things in the ring though. BUt yeah, last night was pretty much the best she showed in emotions. Hope she will get better at that. Kind of sad that I still see her as the damsel in distress.

She said in some interview that Show was like a big brother to her, so that's why it probably seemed much more natural.

I was also surprised. I had no idea she had any personality whatsoever.
Why isn't she like that all the time? Is it because she gets nervous with most people and isn't a good actress? By all accounts Big Show is a friendly, jovial guy backstage. Was she just nervous around Edge, Drew, Beth and any of the other people she had scenes with?

Honestly, Kelly Kelly isn't completely devoid of personality. We only think that because the character WWE has given her is so one dimensional and bland that it's easy for you think so.
Honestly as much as I despise her as a wrestler, and boy do I, she has shown times where she does have something going for her. Whether it be that time she had to look upset on Smackdown during the angle with her and Vickie and actually did a decent job of it or even in this backstage skit where she seemed to be much more natural and open then she usually is.
I think that the problem is that the WWE has no faith in her to be a more versatile character so they reduce her to being the smiley happy babyface diva who half the time looks like she may as well be a robot.
Granted, she's not brimming with personality by any means either, but she does have something going for her.

They might do that because they believe if she had any more personality she'd be less likable. I'm of the mind that if you want her to be an emotionally subdued robot, just make her into WWE's version of Abed. She'll only be able to relate to people through her encyclopedic knowledge of wrestling tropes and how everyone abides by them. If CM Punk can paint the fourth wall, why not Kellytron after the appropriate upgrades?

Kelly is much better then people realize. The problem is that it seems like they aren't letting her get any better. Back in 2009 she was having really good matches with Michell McCool.
