Having trouble narrowing it down to five, but I just thought of this:
Tag team gauntlet, Air Boom, The Kings, Beer Money, the Briscoes, and Steenerico/GeneriColt.
How effin awesome would that be?

I voted for the following:
Colt Cabana - As other people pointed out, his history with CM Punk, and at the very least, he's a solid hand. Could work at any spot on the card, I feel.
Samoa Joe - There are matchups that can be revisited here, in front of a new audience (I don't quite expect Joe vs Punk IV though) plus some new ones (Ziggler, Cena). Needs to be motivated though, but I think a change of scenery could help in that regard. New start, new Joe.
Bobby Roode and James Storm - Either as a team or two singles guys you have two solid dependable guys here, and some great potential matchups with guys like Ziggler, D-Bry etc.
Kurt Angle - strictly under a legends deal or a similar deal to what Vince gave Shawn Michaels or Undertaker. One or two big matches a year. Again, imagine him against Daniel Bryan, and tell me that won't be great. Just try it.
Honorable mention - Jeff Hardy. I genuinely think WWE does a much better job at keeping Jeff out of trouble than TNA, and Jeff always seems more motivated in WWE. But any bullcrap from him and he's out the door, no questions asked.

AJ Styles- Not the biggest Styles fan, but I still know he's one of the biggest stars in TNA who could be valuable in WWE if given the chance.
Bobby Roode- This guy has it all. Great in the ring, great promos, has a good look. He'd do very well in WWE.
Kurt Angle- No way would I be able to pass up on getting Kurt back in the WWE. I'd try to sign him to a 3-5 year limited schedule deal where he'd only have to work TV and PPVs and a few house shows per month.
Samoa Joe- Same with Styles where I'm not the biggest fan of his, but I think that mainly has to do with the way he's being booked in TNA. I think he could have the chance to be a big star in WWE.
Sting- I'd get him to sign a 2 year limited schedule deal, similar to Kurt Angles'. He's a huge name who never appeared in WWE who could have some legendary matchups with Undertaker, Kane, and a bunch of others.

El Genrico- Personally, I think the guy could get over HUGE with the younger audience.
The Briscoes- Use them to bolster the tag division
WGTT- Same as above
Kevin Steen- He is fantastic on the mic, a great worker and plays a very good psychotic heel.
Austin Aries- The guy really is the complete package.

How the fudge does Colt Cabana have almost as many votes as Sting? In a poll where you can pick five people, all I can say is "wat?" Your complaint makes no sense in the context of a poll where you can vote for more than one person. Moar Shelley votes please.

1: Sting- A no brainer if you ask me. Use a few vignettes to build him up, and have him target a big name guy, perhaps a newly heel Orton, or Kane, and build him to face Triple H at Summer Slam, at Survivor Series put him on a team with Cena and some up and comers. At the Rumble have him last a while before being eliminated. Than have him say that his dream has always been to compete at WrestleMania. If he can't be in the main event, than he'll target the the only other superstar as legendary as himself: The Undertaker.
2: Samoa Joe- Build him as a Vader esque bad ass. Have him squash some lower level guys until eventually meeting up with Orton. A hard fought battle leads to Joe winning. He moves onto Bryan next, and than Punk, before clashing with Cena. I'd mention his past with all three as well.
3: Robert Roode- As others have said, he just seems like a WWE guy. I'd give him a different gimmick, debut him as a face, and let him have great matches. He'd eventually turn heel and be a foil for Daniel Bryan.
4: AJ Styles- I'd push him as big deal right from the get go. He'd target Cody and win the IC title early on, before a lengthy feud with Ziggler. This would transition into a feud with a heel Kofi and lead to matches with Orton, Bryan, Punk and ultimately Cena.
5: Chris Masters- I seriously think that Masters has what it takes to be a huge money making babyface. I'd retool his gimmick, and highlight his strength. A different finisher, maybe a Jackhammer or something similar to compliment the Masterlock. I'd build Smackdown around him.

I seriously can't believe Colt Cabana is winning this poll. I must be crazy, but I've been going to ROH shows consistently since 2004 and I have always found him mildly entertaining at best. He rarely makes me laugh and I can't think of any must-see match he's had. Hell I prefer Homicide to Colt. What am I missing???
Also, I thought James Storm would have finished much higher than he currently is. Do most people really prefer Roode to Storm?? That's shocking to me.

My Five (on the list):
- Austin Aries: The guy has IT. He can talk, he can wrestle, he has a natural charisma about him, great look... I'd build Smackdown around him as the top heel.
- Alex Shelley: If I could, I'd bring Chris Sabin along as well. The Guns are a better version of The Hardyz back in their heyday, and they can do singles as well. Give Shelley time to shine, and he'll be a star.
- Briscoes: Tell me WWE wouldn't promote #DemBoys as part of their Twitter bars. Besides, they'd give the tag division a serious boost, being the violent redneck hillbillies we all love.
- Death Rey: Because she deserves it. Besides, she'd fit well as a loner who's disgusted with Pin-Up Strong for losing to "weaker opponents"
- Samoa Joe: Dear God I want Joe in the E. Build him up as a wrestling machine/unstoppable monster and he's perfect.
Honorable Mentions:
- Christopher Daniels: I met the guy at Comic Con, and he's a genuinely nice dude. I'd give him a shot.
- AJ Styles: Sadly I think AJ is TNA through and through. Shame, because he could do well.
- Kurt Angle: He deserves to end his career in WWE. He just needs to stat healthy to do so.
- Sting: The build up to Mania would be nice, but where does he go from there?
- Colt Cabana: Sorry bud.

Bobby Roode - Great talent, main event talent, can talk, can work, has everything.
Colt Cabana - Great character, great mind, creative, can get himself over very well, work any style
Kevin Steen - Great character, great vicious heel, great talker, can get people to love him or hate him
James Storm - Another great character, worker, talker, has a nice down to earth gimmick, people can relate to him.
Sara Del Rey - One of, if not the best female wrestler in the world. One of the best wrestlers in the world period. WWE and TNA have bad hiring policies, because she's not there.

Colt Cabana is the only guy I want signed.
This is based purely on his podcast, but I think he's such an entertaining and talented guy it's a tragedy he has never been given a chance to do it on the big stage.
If they don't like his wrestling, get Cabana in as a commentator. Or at least get him doing a weekly WWE podcast. The guy could be a 21st century Heenan.

With a WWE Businessman mind, I pick:
Robert Roode: great shape, good mic skills and good enough wrestling experience, possible push as a main eventer.
AJ Styles: Average mic skills but a high flyer people could get behind.
Sting: pretty obvious choice, legend and still can go in the ring, face Undertaker at Wrestlemania.
Colt Cabana: friend of punk, could have some luck and go the Zack Ryder's route.
Sara Del Rey: strong woman wrestler who can draw attention and still can be used for selling merchandise.

I'm really surprised and happy with how many people voted in this poll. So I guess if this board were in charge of hiring, collectively we would hire:
1. Colt Cabana (76 votes) 2. TIE - AJ Styles (67 votes) 2. TIE - Sting (67 votes) 4. Bobby Roode (64 votes) 5. Austin Aries (58 votes)
Did anybody pick those exact 5?
Anyway, here are the rest of the results:
6. Sara Del Ray (57 votes) 7. Samoa Joe (53 votes) 8. The Briscoe Brothers (37 votes) 9. Alex Shelley (34 votes) 10. World's Greatest Tag Team (33 votes) 11. Kurt Angle (30 votes) 12. James Storm (29 votes) 13. El Generico (27 votes) 14. TIE - Kevin Steen (21 votes) 14. TIE - MVP (21 votes) 16. Christopher Daniels (17 votes) 17. Chuck Taylor (13 votes) 18. Davey Richards (9 votes) 19. The Dudleyz (8 votes) 20. TIE - Chris Masters (6 votes) 20. TIE - The Colony (6 votes) 20. TIE - Jeff Hardy (6 votes) 20. TIE - Roderick Strong (6 votes) 20. TIE - Zema Ion (6 votes) 25. The Head Bangers (5 votes) 26. TIE - Rob Van Dam (4 votes) 26. TIE - Terry Funk (4 votes) 28. Teddy Hart (3 votes) 29. Shad Gaspard (2 votes) 30. Adam Pearce (1 vote)

The Briscoe Brothers, even if they aren't cosmetically pleasing.
Chuck Taylor, who I think is about to have a break out year, if he wants to.
Robert Roode, simply because he's TNA's MVP.
And Kevin Steen, because I love the idea of an unhinged Kevin Steen in WWE. Cena tries to make fat jokes about him, and Steen just says "f*** it" and runs down to the ring and bashes his head in with a chair and a package piledriver. The anti-christ of professional wrestling, indeed.
