You know, it would be absolutely hilarious if January 2nd turned out NOT to be him. "What? I TOLD YOU GUYS IT WASN'T ME!" It would be so funny if he tweeted this from backstage as soon as the mystery guy came out, then came out later that night. EPIC WIN if that happens!!!

The thing is, WHEN this turns out to be him, he'll act like he worked us all, even though even a blind guy could see it coming.

How is it trolling? Either Jericho is really trying hard to make it a surprise or he is really sick of WWE return tweets (Which I do not blame him for given he has been asked about a return every single day since he left.)

Can't blame him for trying, but when he flat out says he's done for good recently or that he'll "never" be in another WWE game, it gives it away. I mean for more semi-casual fans it's probably working, but for anyone who knows about him or what he's said in past interviews about how he's not burnt out like last time and that he's going to come back one day, we know he'd never flat out "never" come back. Then again, maybe he knows we know that but he's annoyed with people bugging him about this issue on Twitter. Bah!

Next week:
The end begins. Lights go out then all of a sudden, BUFF! DADDY! I'm Buff, I'm the Stuff and the girls can't get enough! Buff comes out and challenges Booker T for a rematch, he and Booker fight, Cody Rhodes interferes and beats Booker and reveals all of this build up was for a feud between him and Booker that will lead them to a match at the Rumble, all the promos and Buff coming back was just a distraction for the impending beating that Rhodes will give Booker.

You people who are bored/mad/indifferent to Jericho's constant denials...you realise he's only banging on about it because people keep asking him?

Jericho would never say "he's done with WWE" unless he was Brock Lesnar or somebody else who left the WWE on a salty note.
Saying that your done with something you've done for more than 20 years on a social media site, with millions of fans is kind of harsh, and WWE would take that comment as a spit to the face.
Obviously he wouldn't say such a thing unless WWE and himself have something cookin' and a deal has been made where he can deny anything until the 2nd.
Besides, Jericho is much classier than that and if he truly isn't coming back anytime soon to the WWE he would of said it differently.
From somebody that owns both his DVD and his books, he himself has said hundreds of times how he didn't like that it was easy for fans to decipher the SaveUs.222 thing because he wanted to come back as a surprise and not a dead giveaway, and if he could go back to the past he would change that whole campaign.
This is it. This is a new start for him. After a year of exile, and all rested, he can come back and trick the fans and make it harder for us to solve the clues. Using little kids in a creepy setting that's often given to an Undertaker return is a perfect hide for him.
Jericho is a smart man and I'm for sure that there is a much bigger meaning behind having a boy and a girl in what seems like a catholic school saying a plethora of big words and often saying his catchphrase "Do you understand?," another thing that is ignore by people.
I believe that on January 2nd, 2012, Jericho will return.

But once again, it's somehow became quite clear it's him (if it's not then I'll retract that of course).

A lot of people are still stuck on Undertaker, Skip Sheffield (for whatever reason), the McMahon's. Only a small percentage of people actually believe it's Jericho, so I'd say he's doing a swell job this time around. It's not obvious like SaveUs.222 where it involved computer codes, similar to his Y2J persona.

If I remember properly the WWE magazine issue was sent out with a pic of him in his shiny vest with the save us stuff printed on the cover, a week before the angle/his re debut

So some hate that Jericho is returning because instead of saying, "Yes, it's me!" (keeping in mind it may be him) he is instead saying, "IT IS NOT ME! STUPID FANBOYS!" We want kayfabe in wrestling at one monent. Then we don't want kayfabe. Can we stop being fickle please? Seriously, now we're complaining about the way wrestlers use twitter? Times like this are when I have to stop and think about whether spending time online discussing wrestling is such a good idea in the first place. I do hope Jericho comes back though, I thought his last run was by far his best. I was never really into him as a babyface (just found him kinda dorky and hard to get behind if he was against a heel that was cool at all), but I enjoy watching him as a heel, maybe in part because he's one of the only heels that WWE is willing to use differently from the way they almost always book heels (I'm cocky and better than you because I'm the Miz, etc.). Jericho says all that cocky stuff too, but I feel like he's a bit more creative with the way he tries to push certain concepts. And that's why I do agree with those who think the weird vignettes are for him.

No matter how many incarnations there are of Jericho, cowardly WCW heel managed by Ralphus will always be my favorite version. Him doing introductions of a cruiserweight match was one of my favorite things he did.

I'd love to see Jericho in the front row of the crowd next week on camera holding a sign that reads "I'M DONE WITH WWE" Then after Undertaker reveals to be the person, they pan the camera on Jericho again holding a different sign that reads "TOLD YOU SO!" and then he just leaves. I'll die from laughter.

It's not obvious like SaveUs.222 where it involved computer codes, similar to his Y2J persona. It's not as obvious as SaveUs, but a quick glance at a few other wrestling forums - including one with a poll where CJ is well in the lead - shows that it's probably the majority who believe it's Jericho.
