I have never seen the Reks/Hawkins cartoon, but I think Reks is a pretty good wrestler.

I only watched about five seconds of the first episode, at which point, I stopped watching because I knew I had just watched the greatest piece of animation this or any generation has ever created and nothing that is made after it will ever equal it. I stopped watching either because of that or because it was pure garbage and I needed to go wash out my eyes with battery acid. I forget which. My eyes hurt.

Since the first episode of Midcard Mafia, thousands of people on earth have died.
Coincidence?

anywhere that I can see these? talk of how awful something is never fails in making me want to see it. Hell, I have like 70 something movies DVR'd yet the one I chose to watch the other day was Catwoman.

I only made it part way through one of the episodes before I had to turn it off. What I thought was weird is that Reks came off like a damned goofball, isn't he supposed to be some sort of undercard monster heel?

Hawkins and Rek seem like a decent pairing. I like obscure and underused wrestlers, and something about them doing their own thing on Superstars and NXT seems kinda.....neat.
Plus haven't they been wrestling Air Boom on Superstars lately?

The cartoons really weren't THAT bad. I've seen (and made) a lot worse horseshit put on the internet.

The cartoons really weren't THAT bad. I've seen (and made) a lot worse horses*** put on the internet. It just seemed so forced though. Out of the blue come Tyler Rex and his buddy, the ever-attention-hounding "Party Starter" Curt Hawkins, with a show that wouldn't even be able to get a late night TV slot during that time period when low-quality, risque cartoons were kind of remotely popular.

If it wasn't for the Chris Benoit photo being shown on the last episode WWE management wouldn't of known anything about Midcard Mafia
