Everyone will hate Zack Ryder and how much he is shoved down our throats.
The Undertaker will be gone.
HHH will be retired full time.
John Cena still won't be a heel.
Sin Cara will be jobbing on Superstars.
Daniel Bryan will be insignificant again.
Steve Austin will have one final run ala The Rock.
ADR will be exactly the same.

Dolph Ziggler will have held the WWE Championship at least once.
Wade Barrett will have held the WHC Belt at least once.
At least one out of either Big Show, Kane, Mark Henry, Mysterio or Undertaker will retire.
A few legends/familiar faces will return for a quick run or two ala Kevin Nash.
Sin Cara or Kharma will be gone.
Some of the classic wrestling being shown on WWE Network will be replaced by newer more current shows.
NXT will still exist in some way or another due to the foreign contracts.
A completely out of the blue heel will win a world title like Sheamus did, either someone in limbo (Skip, Brodus) or an FCW stand out (Ambrose, Cesaro).
Jinder Mahal and Yoshi Tatsu will still be employed since they're the only people who represent their country/race.
Tyson Kidd, Trent Barreta and Heath Slater will still be employed since they're good jobbers.

Monday Night RAW will be moved to Wednesday nights to accommodate USA's newest show "Legal Cop Spy Doctors"....two lawyers who have nothing in common but yet solve mysteries all while dealing with a season-long dilemma that only gets resolved when they find something new for them to spend the next season on. Oh, and they're also doctors. Starring two actors you've seen before in films, but didn't know their names.

Agree with Ryder. He'll be getting Rocky Maivia level heat.
ADR will miss much of the year due to injuries.
Someone who has previously stated they would never work with WWE again/hates the company will return.
Randy Savage will go in the HOF.
There'll be a gradual shift towards a more teen and smark-orientated product, not full-on Attitude Era raunch and sex, but more adult language and situations. Think WWF in the pre-Attitude 96/97 period.
Cena will turn heel, but will get much of the crowd to enjoy him, ala Hogan and the nWo.
Sean Waltman will return in a full-time capacity as part of a Kliq storyline.
Ziggler will become WWE champ.

Cena and Orton won't win a world title this year, they'll be more "King of the Midcard" and the gateway for unproven guys to hit the main event.
Daniel Bryan will be the next big thing and will either have one long WHC reign starting now or will lose it only to regain it shortly and have a dominant run.
Tag team wrestling will be a very very big deal over the summer.
Jericho will be back.
Goldust will have his final match at Mania against Cody Rhodes and it will steal the show.
The following superstars will all be released in 2012: Jinder Mahal, Alex Riley, Eve Torres, The Bellas.
Sin Cara will not be released, but he'll become a permanent tag team fixture rather than a singles star.
CM Punk will have NUCLEAR HEATZ and may or may not be in the doghouse.

Cena will have feuds and storylines that will attempt to progress his character. Randy Orton will not. Ziggler will have a transitional championship run. Wade Barrett will have a meaningful championship run. No call up or recent debut will make any real impact. A Skrillex song will be a ppv theme. WWE network will be barely hanging on.

WWE Network will do reasonably well in its first year, but it won't be a blockbuster out the gate as cable providers are cautious.
Dean Ambrose will be a strong presence in the midcard, but he won't be getting a Del Rio-level push.
Punk will be in an Orton-type position where he's one of the more heavily marketed superstars as well as a main event fixture, but he won't be a "poochie" character.
Kharma will become the face of the Divas division.
The big 2012 angle will revolve around a possible brand merger.
Sheamus will break out as a babyface and jump to Raw to feud with a tweener Cena, who won't become fully heel until mid or late 2012.
Bryan will be the #2 face on Smackdown behind Orton.
Tag team wrestling will begin to pick up a little more.
HHH and Mark Henry will officially retire, while Rey Mysterio enters his final big run.
Barrett will become Smackdown's new top heel.
R-Truth will be the next big comedy face, but booked stronger than Santino.
Ryder will be groomed for future main events.

You're all leaving out Ryder's completely ill-timed heel turn that comes out of nowhere, kills his momentum, and sours everyone on him, leaving him floundering and soon to be fired.
Hey, they've made their point that "Hey here in the WWE you can get yourself over!!" Soon they have to return to just pushing exactly the people they want.

Winning their first major title next year: Ziggler, Barrett, Rhodes.
Guys also set to hold major titles next year (not incl. Punk/Bryan): Sheamus, Orton, Miz.
Cena, while still prominantly featured, will take a backseat to Punk and other talent. He won't win a major title.
Sheamus will continue to rise and solidify himself on the same level as Punk/Cena/Orton as a major babyface/star.
Rollins and Ambrose will make it to the main roster.
After helping reignite tag team wrestling, Air Boom will split up, with Kofi going heel.
John Morrison will be back in WWE.
Undertaker will have his final match.

I dunno about Cena, but the one thing I'm pretty sure about is Punk will be (or about to begin) in his biggest heel run yet.

"I'm sick of the way they watered down Zack Ryder's character and keep pushing him down our throats. Also why is he making Big Show tap to a really bad looking figure four?"

Miz will be the main focus of Smackdown. Daniel Bryan will turn heel, but get the Jericho/Benoit treatment when whis WHC run is over, and go back to holding mid-card titles and feuds

Agree with Ryder. He'll be getting Rocky Maivia level heat. Then he turns heel and becomes "The Ryde"!
