Thinking back to 2009-era Drew Mac, It would be like if they pushed Jinder Mahal today - he's not really over, and he's not particular great at anything, and there's plenty of better talent on the roster that I'd rather see pushed. I liked his accent and felt he had something as a wrestler, but because of how forced it felt, and because of all the guys he beat, I could never get into him. They need to do something different with his character if they're going to push him again. I'm not opposed to it - he's not a bad wrestler by any means, but the Drew Mac of old gives off a bad vibe.

I've loved him from day one, he's my joint favourite wrestler in the world at the moment and they can't push him fast enough for me!
Also, a face turn wouldn't go amiss. He's not had any chance really to show off his natural awesome beyond the constant bitchy comments that the microphones pick up, which in themselves make me adore him more than anybody.

People realised he was overpushed and that he sucked ass. Then he got really good, developed an interesting moveset and showed an insane level of intensity. And Creative still didnt care. Pretty much. WWE pulled the plug on him, but now that he's showing improvement, it'd be a good idea to plug him in and see what he can do.

Yeah, if they didn't overpush him as soon as he debuted (the second time anyway) he would've be in a better spot right now. I still have faith they'll do something with him, though. He has it all. ALL. Not only is he a good wrestler, but the guy is tall and has a model's face and body (a manly model ). He's a perfect fit for the WWE and I really doubt they would let him go. A lot of guys they do release, DH Smith for example, don't have that going for them. While DH is a great guy and a great wrestler, his look wasn't very marketable, he was no one's favorite, and showed no personality in the ring. While Drew doesn't get to talk anymore, you know everything you need to know about him when he wrestlers. The way he shouts things at the ref and at his opponent, the way he uses the ring as a weapon, and his facial expressions and intensity really make me want him to get his ass kicked. Every time he's on Superstars I want him to lose, which is something I NEVER think about my favorites. But Drew really gets under my skin; he's a great heel and just needed to find a direction, which he did. He's a good silent killer type wrestler who makes people wonder if he's going to kill them or not when they wrestle him. I have full faith in Drew and that he'll make it. When I saw John Morrison and Drew on Superstars, I looked at Drew and thought, "he's going to make it." But I looked at Morrison and thought, "he's going to be gone soon." I know they realize Drew is going to go somewhere and I know he'll be safe until they find something for him to do.

I want to go rewatch the Elimination Chamber again.
I remember him being a BEAST in that match.
