One thing Cena's extremely good about is always making his opponent look tough. When he was going up against Punk for the WWE title, he basically said Punk was as good as it gets and deserved the WWE Title as much as anyone.
Even against a heel like Del Rio, he always says something like "You are going to take me to the limit, but I'll manage to win".
Except with Miz. With Miz it's always a hilarious put down, either mocking his lack or wrestling skills (I'm sick of trying to make average look awesome) or making fun of his hilariously bad fake tan last night.
Does Cena legitimately hate the Miz? Like, as a person? I don't really blame him, Miz almost ruined Wrestlemania by crapping up the main event, plus he was pushed to the moon while many other more deserving guys were stuck floundering around.
I could see Cena despising that, especially since he was forced into such a bad program with Miz and basically had to look weak compared to him for months on end.

Just a random aside, dont pin the Mania main event on Miz. Cena stunk that one up just as much as Miz.

I've noticed this as well. Also, Cena usually works his ass off in the ring to make sure that his opponent comes out of his matches looking like a million bucks. That never happens with The Miz. Miz usually comes out of matches with Cena looking worse than he did going in.

Cena stunk the place up all the way through. It's obvious he wasn't happy about something, and one can only assume it was the clusterf*** of an ending that came afterwards.

I went over the Cena's house the other night for Christmas dinner, and the language that was coming out of his mouth when we mentioned the Miz was unbelievable. Things calmed down until he gave the Turkey a faux hawk and carved it up with all the angry force of an undersexed viking, before passing out face down on the floor.

No matter what Miz did in the time frame they gave him between the start of the match and Dwayne coming down to interfere, the match was destined for failure. The entire crowd were sitting on their hands just waiting for Dwayne to show up. The ambiguous booking of "Cena vs Miz... with The Rock... doing... something..." was just not a good idea for a Wrestlemania main event.

Cena always brings it for main events, especially at Wrestlemania. This is honestly the only bad Cena PPV match I remember seeing in quite a long time, which kind of further makes me think something's up. Like they were planning the match and Cena just said "Eff it, Miz is not worth it".

Cena's praised Miz a bunch for his appearances and stuff, and said he was one of the hardest workers in the company.
Their PPV matches get crap booking, but they've done some good TV matches.

I get that would put a downer on anyone's match, if the spotlight was on someone not even in the match. Not Rock's fault, or even Cena's and Miz's. But simply the way it was booked. The ending didn't go down well either.

It takes two to tango. Just remember that when you're blaming Miz for the WM match sucking (which in all honesty is not as bad as people make it out to be. It was far more entertaining than HHH/Orton ever was).

I rewatched a bit of it and the crowd is on fire before the stupid countout thing. That alone puts it over HHH/Orton.

For an example of a great Miz/Cena match, look at their match during Rock's Birthday BJ show.
Well it is as long as you ignore the ending.

This specific case was actually the driving premise of my "Guys who failed to 'make' someone else' thread.

I guess no one really noticed that Cena was legit knocked loopy during an Irish-whip spot during the beginning of the match. His body stiffened up momentarily and everything. I thinks that's the main reason why their WM match seemed off.

Miz isn't the first person Cena's ever mocked. Have we all forgotten when he ran through the Nexus calling them all gays and girls etc?

Quick question OP, did The Miz kick your puppy or piss in your cereal or something? Because you really seem to hate him!
