This year saw the return of Booker T, which started off with his surprise Royal Rumble return and saw him become an announcer where his "Oh my goodness!" and "What the hell" lines became well used on here frequently.
All in all, what did you make of his 2011 year overall?

Though I enjoyed his match last night with Cody, he did nothing to make me a fan this year. His commentary is horrid and he's worse than Lawler.

This year saw the return of Booker T, which started off with his surprise Royal Rumble return and saw him become an announcer where his "Oh my goodness!" and "What da hale?!" lines became well used on here frequently. All in all, what did you make of his 2011 year overall? Fixed. I think 2011 has been great for Booker if only for the commentary. Dude is so insane and I love it. I often find myself referencing the two you mentioned as well as "Awwww shucky ducky quack quack."

Not the biggest fan of his commentary, but I enjoyed his matches with Cody.

Loved him in the Rumble. Hate him on commentary. And while his matches with Rhodes were ok, they were nothing special.

Love the guy, happy he is back in the 'e where he belongs. Comedy gold on commentary, and still decent to good in the ring. The guy has been able to entertain me all year in his own unique way (especially with his commentary), I dont ask for anything else really. But... I just want his damn fireballs back.

Great year for Booker. His commentary is 100% deep fried gold, and he's proved he can still go in the ring. Happy to see him back.

Still ok in the ring despite obvious deterioration, and his commentary is hilarious.

I find his commentary amusing sometimes (although when he starts arguing on and on with Cole or just going on about nothing, I can't stand him), but I'm honestly not keen on him being back in the ring. Maybe if it was a different feud, but this one... eh, I dunno. The whole thing of the feud seems to be Cody saying it's time for the young up-and-coming superstars to shine, and it's time for the "old-timers" to step aside and let that happen. I feel like Cody should come out on top, but I'm not sure that's the direction they're headed in.
I also don't like how the Booker/Cody thing is taking the place of a feud that could be happening for the Intercontinental Title. Right now, it just feels like the title's kinda just there, to the point where I actually had a really hard time remembering the other day who was the current Intercontinental Champ.

I love that Booker is back. He is still pretty good in the ring, and he sounds like he's having the time of his life when he's doing commentary. He is also responsible for making me laugh for about 10 minutes with his reaction to Jerry's "anal bleeding".

His commentary is hilarious, but he is awful and adds nothing. As for in-ring, he did a great job with Cody.

I love him on commentary, because when Cole rambles on about something and starts to be annoying, Booker will interject with something and crack me up. He's a little nonsensical sure, but that's his charm to me. Like him picking 5 different winners for the SmackDown MITB match this year, then when Bryan won he's like "That was my pick all along!"

He looks understandably slow in the ring.
I think all WWE commentary is pretty much throwaway and I don't pay much attention to it.
