Gutwrench suplexes, short-arm clotheslines, Owen Hart-style enzuigiris, Northern Lights suplexes, basic powerbombs, small packages, the Macho flying elbow, most frog splashes, and cobra clutches.

Snap Suplex Bridge pins Does stealing your opponent's finisher count? I miss that. I miss the standing Octopus hold and I loves me a pretty moonsault (Cody's or Kurt Angle's)

Belly to belly suplexes done by really, really big guys. Whenever someone like Yokozuna or Big Daddy V used it, it looked so devastating.

Suplexes that turn into a bridge pin like the German or the Northern Lights Enziguiri Roundhouse Kick Frankensteiner

I mark for backslides even though they NEVER lead to a three count. It's such a simple yet cool looking move.
Also, any kicks thrown by anyone at any time.

For my money, nothing beats a good looking piledriver.
EDIT: I'm also a big fan of snap powerslams.

If it looks like it connects, a superkick can be beautiful.

Superkicks, a good classic piledriver (especially when done by HBK or Bret Hart), and any type of snap vertical suplex (Dynamite's, Angle's, Benoit's, and my personal favorite, Bret Hart. He just hit them so smoothly).

I love a good looking lariat, ala JBL, Nigel McGuinness, or Skip Sheffield.

GUILLOTINE.
... not so much because of the move itself, but because of the ways the move can be locked in.
Though, I guess this applies to a lot of submission moves.
I really hope we get a wide array of surprising submission holds in Daniel Bryan's Wrestlemania title defense.

Dolph's dropkick and reverse powerslam
I'm also a sucker for the koji clutch, Del Rio's awesome German Suplex, Cody's Beautiful Disaster kick, and any cool submissions.

Texas Cloverleaf, which somebody needs to bring back. Koji Clutch. Whenever that move is done, I mark. Claudio's Swiss Death is a thing of brutal beauty. Any well executed superkicks, especially Dolph's, Rollins' and Steamboats.

Diving body splashes and frog splashes. Top rope leg drops and elbow drops. Piledrivers. German suplexes. Reverse Frankensteiners. Hurricanranas that drive their opponents head as opposed to whipping them across the ring.
