Now that Orton has joined quite a few guys on the self, the question is, is the WWE roster deep enough for Wrestlemania 28?
If there was also no Rock and possibly Jericho, this roster may have been paper thin for that show.
If they do bring in someone for a short run until after Wrestlemania, who would you like to see them bring in?

Is it time for the annual Sid rumors?

No, they probably won't be able to fit a ton of guys on as it is.
If they didn't have Jericho and Rock, I'd say yes. But they do, so no.

Is it time for the annual Sid rumors? I would mark harder for 1/2/12 being Sid than ANYONE else other than a returning, healthy Scott Hall who has been playing a 13 year rib and the girl in the videos represents substance abuse.

Just like pro sports, they should have backup wrestlers and 3rd-stringers on the roster.

Yes, I think most people are watching just for Rock/Cena and Taker's match anyway, and the entire roster is probably already booked for some battle royal or lumberjack match. So go ahead and use your extra guys so they can get over.

Is it time for the annual Sid rumors? It's not 2012 yet, so no. The 2011 yearly quota was met.

The Cena/Rock match will sell Wrestlemania by itself. If they add Big Show/Shaq then they don't have to worry that much. Just book young talent and it will be all good.
Also, there is three months till WM, so people CAN heal. I expect to have back both Orton and Christian by then. With Sheamus, Barrett, Dolph, Cody, Punk, Miz, R-Truth, Daniel Bryan, Zack, Kane, Swagger, a possible Taker/HHH and if only we could have back Rey and Sin Cara in time to have a match... Add a Beth/Nattie match and put Air Bourne against, don't know, Tyson Kidd and Drew McIntyre?
Also, a Ricardo Rodriguez and Vickie Guerrero vs Mick Foley and Kelly Kelly mixed tag, just for me, please.

They have a pretty deep roster as it is.
The problem is UTILIZING that roster, as last year's PPV failed to do.

Orton will probably enter the rumble 30 and eliminate Wade Barett last for the win....Few people will even notice the absence of the others.
And by the way, there's nobody to sign, the "big names" are all retired for good, and the guys from TNA or ROH are not big names for 95% of the audience.

Are there even any big names left in wrestling who aren't either signed to WWE or geriatric?
