Didn't see a thread on this yet. Anyways
From WrestlingINC.com
-- Shaquille O'Neal said while on the Abe Kanan show yesterday that he's in talks for a match at WrestleMania. Shaq would be competing against Big Show. More shortly.
So, Akebono, Mayweather, and now Shaq? I know, unfinished business from the RAW guest host thing, but you figured Show would be tired of putting over non-wrestlers at Wrestlemania

Why? He gets a big paycheck, mainstream exposure, and is usually booked like a monster.

That seems so very unnecessary.

I'm cool with this if the finish is that the Miami Heat rush the ring to come to the aid of former player Shaq, just for D-Wade to turn on LeBron and throw him into a chokeslam. Shaq and Wade put on their championship rings and slap a fallen LeBron around with them as Big Show nods on approvingly. Chris Bosh is saddened by the split of his teammates, but he has nachos and a good seat for Cena/Rock and feels better...cause nachos. Yeah.

How about a free throw contest match? Am I right, people?
Seriously, am I right? I don't watch NBA, I just hear jokes mocking Shaq at the free throw line.

If they can get a celebrity to wrestle they will. Since they are, Shaq seems like the best one possible.
Big Show vs Mayweather was good. Completely different obviously but Shaq is a showman. Basically? God damn yes I want it.

I'm cool with this, keeps him out of a possible Daniel Bryan World Title Defense.

I actually want to see this, since Shaq's a very charismatic guy. I think he could cut a good promo, and who knows? He might even be able to sell. In short, if this is our annual celebrity involvement at Mania, it sure as hell beats out Snooki and Mickey Rourke.

Id love this idea.
Ive always found Show fun to watch, and Shaq is a HUUUUUUUUUUUGE fan and would likely bust his ass to do well

I think from now on we should predict what celebrity is going to show up at Wrestlemania and make the biggest impact.

Buy!
Huge fan of Shaq, he has charisma/presence etc and they had a great showdown when he was at Raw. It sells itself

Hells yeah. I'm all for this. Shaq's a fan, he's a showman, was the best guest host Raw had, and confrontation between he and Show made me want to see a match between them.

Shaq is a wrestling fan, and would work hard, so why not. It would be a fun little match as long as it doesn't go on too long.

I really hope he wears a mask and we're supposed to believe it's not him.
