Does anyone know how to get Vader or what the cheatcodes are for the game? {Spoiler}Vader: View Hero Story 6-2 scene after your match with Tyson Kidd and you defeat Vader in the ring. There's no cheat codes that I'm aware of. |

I'm pretty certain that's only for the special DLC exclusive stuff like The Rock and Miz attires. Fan Axxess gets him and everything else unlocked automatically when you download the unlock option. |

Am I the only one who can't connect to the servers online? Been like that for me all day. In between not getting on live and having everything reset on me, the matches I've been having are pretty back and forth, and I'm on easy. Pushed it up to normal and had one hell of a match as Punk vs. Lesnar. They're the THQ servers, of course you can't connect to them. Had an amazing Elimination Chamber match. Edge was defending the World Title against John Morrison, Daniel Bryan, Ax, Smash, and Eddie. All 6 guys were in the ring at one time, that's one huge hint of improved A.I., it came down to Ax, Bryan, and Eddie. I hit Ax with Bryan's kick combination, but Ax kicked out, Ax hit me with with his beatdown special, but Eddie attacked Ax, Ax got the Cobra Clutch on Eddie, and Eddie tapped right away, I kicked Ax in the gut when he turned around, locked in the Lebell Lock and made him tap. I love having more control in Universe Mode. |

For me the decision whether or not to buy this game rests purely on the in game mechanics (I still play No Mercy), everyone seems to be having competitive matches and it's sounding good. I will use Universe mode a lot as well, if that is vastly improved then I see that as a bonus.
Taking the above into consideration, would those of you with the game recommend it?

Won't get to try it till tonight, but, the wife got it from Target for me yesterday for $47 (Thanks for the heads up on that sale, Saw!). The cover says it includes The Rock....ha ha, Gamestop...fie on your pre-ordering....

They pretty much gave up on the pre-order thing as soon as the Rock whupped the crap outta Cena for the People's edition. After that, they knew anyone not having the Rock wouldn't get the game there, so it was Keeping Up the Jonese time. |

Is there a way to change/add a match in Universe mode without having to play/sim it? Like, if I want to set up a match with two guys, and have someone run in, I can't figure out how to do it. The option to interfere only seems to show up on the main match listing page, but if you try making a custom match and then back out it resets to whatever the computer generated match was. Plus I'd really like to just set up the whole card before I start playing/watching/simming the show. I've been trying to figure out the same thing and haven't been able to. Keep running into the same problem that you are, so I'm assuming its just not possible. It seems like the best way to stop the game from auto advancing to the next match is to hit the Rematch button when it's prompted at the end of the match. Instead of doing an auto rematch, it goes to the option screen and you can back out there. |

Ran into the first issue, Unless I'm doing it wrong I can't vacate belts in universe mode,I tried the title settings on the main menu but it doesn't apply to universe,So when I end up doing is combing like belts to reduce trhe redundacy and overwhelming look of 25 active titles.

I gotta ask...
...has anyone actually bought the Wii version yet?
For a console that had been pigeonholed the PS2 version for 3 years, I gotta say something that contradicts all of my other feelings, and that is THQ actually put some effort into the Wii version.

You can not vacate titles in Universe. best bet is to just assign them to free agents. |

Had an amazing match last night on Legend difficulty, I'm not sure how long it is, but as long as its competitive, I dont even care if its 10 minutes or 20 minutes. Randy Orton(me) vs Brock Lesnar for the World Heavyweight title
NOTHING could keep Brock down, I hit him with about 4 RKO's, he hit me with 3 F5's, I kept kicking out. Finally I went for one more RKO, with the wakeup taunt, he reverses by tossing me away, I turn around, F5. 1-2-3, new champ.
I legit smiled when I lost, these are the only games where I almost like losing, cause it really is so legitimately fun.

I had a match like that on Legend in SvR'11 between (of all people) Kozlov (Me) and R-Truth.
Finish was Truth countered a move into a Victory Roll, Kozlov reversed the pin, Truth reversed that, and Kozlov couldn't kick out of that.
I loved playing that match so much that I couldn't be mad I lost at all.

Because the only way to do interferance is from the main match list screen. Which means you can't interfere in a custom match, only in matches that the computer generates. Even if you make a match, start it, then pause and exit to go back, the match you made will then be erased and reset back to whatever the computer made. |
