I don't get it. Dolph honours the tradition of introducing himself and shaking the boys' hands, and all he gets is a cold shoulder. The backstage wrestling politics sure is Kanefusing, given who is involved, sometimes.

Million Dollar man's was a hold stick attached to a dollar bill and from what I remember Macho Man's was a pipe, edit: now that I think of it, it might have been his Macho King Scepter. and Mr. Perfect had a regulation stick.
