Does the Zack Ryder dvd come out this week? Yep. I ordered mine for $6.99 on Best Buy.com for store pickup. It has the awesome Christian/Ryder ECW Title match from 2009 that I've been dying to see again. Just saw the price for it at Wal Mart and it is a little more then that but still def gonna pick that up day of and if Daniel Bryan's comes out the same day as that then might have to get that as well.

I finally got around to watching that nWo dvd last night. I had never watched it before and wondered why it sold for $45 on eBay because I never thought I remembered hearing it was that amazing or anything.
What a letdown! It was 1 disc and basically covered the start of the nWo in WCW and covered the first year maybe... then they literally skipped over 3 years right to the current (at that time) nWo that had just come back to WWE.
If they did it right the way they do the documentary sets now, it easily could have been 3 discs that chronicled the life of the NWO. I hope they put another one out some time, a much better one and interview all the guys like Luger, X-Pac, Virgil (well maybe not Virgil) and all the other 500 members including nWo Japan Footage....

I checked out the WWE DVD collection at my local K Mart today for the first time. I was pretty impressed. Our K Mart is pretty ghetto and their DVD area is a mess, but they had the WWE rack pretty nicely laid out. They had a large number of recent PPV and some good deals on other collections. The Hulk anthology, the recent Rock set, and the Edge set were all $5 each. I picked up the Hulk one. I've already seen the Rocks, but I was tempted to get Edge's as well. Maybe another day. I would still like to find the Flair and Savage set somewhere for cheap. Target.com and Walmart.com is a best place on the web to serach for Flair and Savage for a fixed price. Walmart.com shipping is free if you choose the site-to-store option. Target.com charges $2.79 per item until your order reaches $50, then shipping is free. Also, Best Buy may have the Savage DVD at part of a bundle set for $10.

It was a rush job production. The NWO came to the WWF in Febuary, The DVD came out in June. Scott Hall is interviewed on it, and was fired by the time it was released. They are doing another NWO set now, so it'll be interesting to see how they cover it years after the fact. To the poster asking about the Insurrexxtion 03 extras... They are terrible. Some interviews, tour highlights, and Trish & Christian sightseeing in London. Those extras are what RUTHLESS AGGRESSION were all about.

Seeing the reviews on Amazon for the Superstar collections I'm really disappointed that they're mostly PPV matches. I was hoping for a return to the 1hr(+/-) documentary format WWF used in the late 1990s for stuff like Austin 3:16: Uncensored and The Rock: The People's Champ or WCW used in the awesome Superstar Series.

FYE is selling Undertaker 20-0 blu ray for $40 The best part? The documentary is only 38 minutes long! :-P In other news, wwedvdnews.com has broken news that Brock Lesnar is getting a multidisc DVD/Blu Ray release late in the year. As an appeal to WWE, I must say..... SLOW DOWN! Last year, and this year you are releasing WAY too much stuff! You'd think as a collector I'd be happy about it, but way too many releases can cause burnout in the most avid of collectors. Outside of PPV's we still have the following coming this year alone. Top 50 Finishing Moves CM Punk: Best in the World Undertaker: The Streak Rock Vs. Cena: Once in a Lifetime NWO set Brock Lesnar set 6 more Superstar Collections on the following... Sheamus Kofi Kingston Daniel Bryan Shawn Michaels Randy Orton And I'm almost betting Raw 1000 will get a release, and I'm sure I'm forgetting a few. So please WWE... Slow it down some. Give people time to get excited for a title.

Anyone else doubtful Raw 1000 gets a DVD release?
If the 15th Anniversary, Raw is Flair and other heavily hyped episodes didn't get their rumored DVD treatment, I don't think this one is automatically a given.
