King Kong Bundy on Married With Children. Once playing himself and once playing a cousin.
As part of the Rock N' Wrestling Connection, various wrestlers appearing in Cyndi Laupers videos was rather unique for the time. I mean who expected the Goonies music video to be so wrestler orientated?
The R.E.M song "Man on the Moon" being about Andy Kaufman and making mention of the breakfast with Classy Freddie Blassie.
A Weird Al Yankovic music video about Jurassic Park has a dinosaur jumping off a WWF turnbuckle.
Double Dare once had two episodes devoted to the WWF. One with Gorilla Monsoon and Bobby Heenan on opposing teams and another with Jim Duggan and Mr Perfect.
South Park...
Various political news shows reference WWF (and still say WWF) when trying to crack a joke in comparing politics to wrestling.
President Obama came out to "Real American" at the White House correspondents dinner last year.
In Grumpier Old Men, Walter Mathau watches the Nasty Boys on WCW saturday Night.
In Beetlejuice, Catherine O'Hara has fall asleep to some sort of wrestling show.
In the movie Big Daddy, Roy Shneider and Sandler reference a sleeper hold by Chief Jay Strongbow.
The intro to Malcolm in the Middle shows Bret Hart trying to put Chris Benoit in the sharpshooter.

Highlander and Pro Wrestling have seemed to have cross paths a few times over the years.
The beginning of the first Highlander movie had Conner McCloud attending a Freebirds match.
Roddy Piper played a villain in one of the episodes of the TV series.
And of course there was Edge's bit part in Endgame.

Watching HIMYM, they talk about Ted's facetious ex and show a flashback of her saying she was only joking about getting WMIII tickets, and then cuts to Marshall dressed as the Ultimate Warrior, saying he was too, then Lily bursts in as Hacksaw. Was a little out of the blue! I came in to post this! Someone from the HIMYM writing team has to be a wrestling fan. As well as that, Barney has the winged eagle belt in one episode and gets the most expensive suit made of diamonds called the DiBiase. Really then, the wrestling references aren't all that unexpected, but it's just so weird to hear them in such a huge show. Also, Robots vs. Wrestlers! C'mon, it's ROBOTS vs. WRESTLERS! Aside from HIMYM, Bobby Moynihan as Jake "the Snake" Roberts from SNL on "What's Up with That"

SNL did one of those under underground records festival promos and one of the guests was Koko B Ware. They even used a pic of him from his HOF induction (sadly, it got no reaction from the audience).

I write for a TV News station in New York. I work wrestling stories and references in whenever I can, just to amuse myself and whoever catches them.

Well one time me and the missus were watching some hentai OVA (for shits and giggles) and in the Japanese dub one character mentioned that his relationship with a women was like the friendship between stan hansen and bruiser brody.

The band on "Late Night with David Letterman" was known as "The World's Most Dangerous Band", a reference to Dick the Bruiser who was "The World's Most Dangerous Wrestler".

Just remembered, no idea if this has been mentioned - the utterly random mentioning of 'Watching Grunge leg drop New Jack through a press table' on Weezer's 1996 single 'El Scorcho.'

DCAU - Green Lantern's "Green" was referred to as "D-X green" - Desala was used on Superman/Batman: apokolips - Wrestling moves have been used here and there I'm sure i've heard/seen other but can't fully remember I can't remember if it was Green Lantern: First Flight or Justice League: Doom but there was a scene where Hal used his ring to make a steel folding chair that he used to whack the villains with.

"The Pirates! In An Adventure With Scientists!" has a footnote talking about the dangers in wrestling (as a lecture by Darwin devolves into a wrestling match involving a trained chimp and the Holy Ghost, it's that kind of a book), and uses Mick Foley as an example of how even the best can get seriously injured. Threw me for a bit of a loop.

Daniel Tosh had make wrestling references on his show....even challenging Arn Anderson to a match too.
AVGN make references to Jake The Snake Roberts in one of his reviews.
Simpsons had Bret Hart, King Of The Hill had Randy Savage, Family Guy had The Rock, The Cleveland Show had Ric Flair and American Dad had Hulk Hogan guest star on their shows.
