I'd have to say that it was RVD vs. Angle at an ECW house show in 2006. It was RVD's first match back after his infamous suspension and the crowd welcomed him back with open arms.
It was a pretty good match with a half of the crowd rooting for Angle and the other half RVD, which led to some nice split-chants during the match.

I've only been to one house show so my choices are limited but I'll go for Rey Mysterio vs John Morrison and CM Punk vs Undertaker in a casket match, two very solid matches for being a houseshow

Only been to two live events, both WM Revenge Tours. The one that stands out the most is the main event of the first, Eddie vs Big Show. Eddie standing tall at the end is an image i will never forget

Tha Eastsyde Kyllerz vs. the team of Suicidal Steve & Redneck Rampage in a Light Tubes Tables Match in my friend Aaron's backyard when I was 16. Packed crowd of about 19, people going nuts, Suicidal Steve was at his absolute peak before the home-made fireworks accident that would result in the end of his career, and we all went to Denny's afterwards; you just don't get wrestling like that anymore, kids. It just ain't the same these days. Just incredible stuff, don't know how Meltzer didn't write about it.

As a regular attendee of PWG for the last six years or so, I have a pretty long list. A few matches I've personally never forgotten are
Kevin Steen & El Generico vs. The Young Bucks at BOLA 2009
Akira Tozawa vs. Chris Hero at (I believe the eighth?) All Star Weekend 2011
Pac vs. Kevin Steen at Holy Diver Down in 2007
As triplethreatmark mentioned, Bryan Danielson vs. Chris Hero for the PWG Title in 2009
Went to Wrestlemania 28 this year and was there to witness HHH vs. Undertaker
No match will probably ever mean to me as much as Shawn Michaels vs. Undertaker did at Wrestlemania 26.

Though I've been to my share of PPVs and TV tapings, the best match I've seen live was at a house show, with Tommy Dreamer and Christian in a WWECW title match at a tiny casino ballroom in New Hampshire.
Totally serious. It was a near-perfect old school match with a few sequences of flawless reversals/counters, and the crowd was jacked and reacting to every single move. Great match, great story and great energy.

"Action" Mike Jackson vs Joe Hogan, Night 1, NWA Legends Fanfest 2008. Technically, I'd say Jackson had better matches at Fanfest over the years. But this was the first, and the crowd was absolutely electric as former TBS jobber Jackson, 59 years old at the time, mixed excellent chain wrestling and mat work with surprising agility and high flying, including dives to the outside and walking the ropes on 3 sides of the ring before actually strutting down the rope on the 4th side. Everyone in the crowd was on their feet and just going nuts. When the ring announcer came out for the next match, he said, "The following contest...and they'll have a hard time following that one..."
Adam Pearce vs Bryan Danielson, NWA world title match, NWA Legends Fanfest 2010. The match itself was quite good, but it also featured the unforgettable ring announcing of "Big Money," a fan who looked to be in his 40s, who wore a Cena shirt and an airbrushed "Big Money" hat all weekend, who won a silent auction for said duty. He came to the ring with his notes, which Adam Pearce promptly knocked from his hand. I don't know if the dude got rattled or what, but he then announced the challenger...."The Ultimate Dragon" Bryan Pearce.
Danielson immediately started laughing his ass off, and the next night would run to the ring and shake the ropes like the Ultimate Warrior (it's on Youtube.) Pearce didn't bat an eye as he asked the guy if he was a nitwit and told him to get out of the ring. The regular ring announcer ushered the guy out and restored order. Leading up the next Fanfest, I asked Pearce on Twitter if the Ultimate Dragon would be there. He responded, "He should be there every year."

1.Jerry Lynn winning the GCW belt(I remember marking out so hard over that) 2.El Generico vs Brandon Espinosa IWA Unlimited/PWP show (Generico used a skateboard in the match making it a even memorable match) 3.When The Rock became Corporate Rock cause no one saw it coming. 4.Team Overkill (Christian Rose and Matt Cage vs Submission Squad(Not sure if it was them per se) but they put on a amazing tag team match that had me so engulfed in it that I didn't want it to end. 5.AJ Styles taking a sick bump during Lockdown when he was on Team Sting.
