So yeah, change the 'X' to a 'G,' keep everything else the same, and I'd be pretty cool with that.

So I just had an idea.
With Chikara coming to Reseda next year, there's definitely a chance for some talent sharing, if PWG runs the same weekend. So how about an eight man tag featuring the team of Icarus, Johnny Gargano, Chuck Taylor, and Ryan Taylor. Ladies and gentlemen....
THE FISTING TAYLOR BOYS!!!!

Well I guess Gargano makes the most annoying facial mannerisms, so not EVERY way Yes... yes it is true. Taylor's great for comedy, but doesn't really cut it in a main event level on his own. On the other hand Gargano has quickly become one of the more reliable and solid workhorses on the indy scene. If you look at both men's work this year, I don't see how you could convince yourself otherwise unless you just have irrational hatred for Gargano and refuse to see beyond your own preconceived negative notions of him. You don't have to like him, but to say Taylor is on a higher level than him is insane.

Chuck Taylor is also f***ing horrible at being a face.
His Evolve/Dgusa face run crashed and burned hard.

I suggest you seek out his Revolution Pro match with Zack Sabre Jr., it was amazing.

Don't knock the decision to push him because a spot opened up, otherwise no one would ever move up in the wrestling biz. Besides, he's exceeded expectations when push came to shove. This isn't semi-robotic wrestler Johnnny Gargano circa 2010. That guy's not around anymore, he's been replaced by a much superior version in every way.

When did the Bucks officially become heels in PWG? Cause, I'm watching the 2009 DDT4 finals and am a bit confused. A good chunk of the crowd is booing them but at one point, one of the Bucks makes a hot tag to the other, which (obviously) is a very face-ish thing to do.

The show where they had the rematch with Tayor and Omega in late '09. I don't remember the name.

Ah OK. Just got finished watching the match and the crowd shit all over the fact that the Bucks won.
Match was good but I didn't like the finish.

They started getting the negative reactions at DDT4 in 2009 because earlier that night (this is from what I recall being there live, never saw it on DVD), they lost to Omega and Taylor in the semifinals. Omega and Taylor lifted the belts in victory and the crowd went nuts, only to have The Young Bucks pin one of them, inexplicably overturning the decision. Leaving the crowd pissed and The Young Bucks unforgiven. Negative reactions continuing at the next few shows left nothing else for them to do but turn heel officially.
