I'm really annoyed with parents (mostly women) who have their facebook picture set as their child. It just creeps me out, I don't want to see your 4 week old's smooshed face as your picture, I don't want to see your kid's blurry sonogram. It just bothers me because it feels like these people completely lose their sense of self once they have a child, that child should not be your identity. You should still be your own person. I understand being excited and wanting to show them off but have a picture of YOU holding them or something. I know a lot of women don't feel attractive after being pregnant and might be shy but trust me, the world for the most part, understands. On a related note, when women get married and change their name and don't have a profile picture of themselves, I often forget who they are. It takes me a few minutes to realize "Oh, it's just them with a different last name". I joked with my sister after she got married that I was going to forget who she was, but she had a picture of herself for her profile so luckily I didn't.

Poorly argued political views. Actually, political views in general. The worst is when you see a friend post a topic and watching his so-called "friends" tearing each other up over it. Does he step in? Only at the end when everybody has cut each other's proverbial throats over it. Since he's somebody I knew since 6th grade, I let him "float around", but I don't get news feeds from him anymore.

I think it's worth noting that anybody that makes their gimmick posting newsfeeds is kind of ridiculous. I mean, it's the internet. If there's anything you want to know about anything, it's right there, like already. Yeah, you might hip me to something I was unaware of, but more than likely, you're taking something that's already common knowledge and trying to attach yourself to it so that your dumb facepeople will comment on it so that you have something going on. I'm not overly ambitious about knowing what goes on in the world, but I don't necessarily need to hear about it from Todd I was in World Geography with in sixth grade or whatever.

I don't get when someone posts something horrible or even remotely bad like "I have a sore throat" someone "likes" it
And not to get too religious, but I'm of the belief that you don't need prayer for a headache, save it for something like cancer

I also abhor people using their kid's photo as their own profile pic. Kinda funny when you see people talking about the wild party they got wasted at and there's this 2 year-old smiling at you, but otherwise, grow up.
Oh, and going into any thread dedicated to a certain baseball team and there's always one illiterate fan in all caps, "YANKEES ALL DAY!" Really, King of New York? You burst into my White Sox thread for that?

The people who post cries for attention, and then if you respond, they basically reply back saying that they wanted a response from anyone EXCEPT you. That pisses me off.

My least favorite is: Person 1: Everything sucks! FML! Person 2: "What's wrong?" Person 1: "I DONT WANNA TALK ABOUT IT!" If you dont wanna talk about it, dont post a vauge status fishing for attention

"(arrow pointing towards profile picture) This person" pictures.
"It's complicated" relation status.
That "I'm cleaning my friends list" poll.

If you dont wanna talk about it, dont post a vauge status fishing for attention I kind of do that sometimes, but I'd never use "FML", and I'd PM the person who asked. I know a lot of people who have two accounts to deal with two seperate groups of people that they don't want interacting with each other, but I personally don't want to do that, myself.

"It's complicated" relation status. Love it when both people have "it's complicated with ______". Congrats, you're in a shitty relationship

"It's complicated" relation status. This, or really any relationship bitching whatsoever. Especially when it comes from someone whose track record reads like a who's who of local d-bags. "What's wrong, sweetheart? Is that useless drug addict man of yours that never really cared about you in the first place harshing your relationship and making you sad? You'd better emo about it to one of your good friends you mean a lot to so you can feel better about yourself for half a second until you either find another, more useless dude or run back to that goon like the tool that you are." Oddly specific, I know, but I'd venture to say that most of us know "her" or someone that does.

The people who post cries for attention, and then if you respond, they basically reply back saying that they wanted a response from anyone EXCEPT you. That pisses me off. Yeah, that's pretty stupid. One of my old classmates posted a status about wanting to hang out for her birthday. When somebody expressed interest in hanging out with her she basically said that she only wants to hang with her friends and she doesn't know him that well. Yeah, she spent her birthday with her family and none of her friends showed up. This is pretty much the same girl who would pretty much cry for attention until one day our mutual friend from class would tell her to quit trying to get attention and get help if she's that depressed.

- 90% of engagement photos - especially clichéd engagement photos (sunset, on a bridge, near a broken down truck, silhouetted, etc.) - 90% of wedding photos - especially ironic wedding photos (look, we're doing the James Bond pose! look, we're wearing dorky glasses!) - photos reposted from George Takei's page (it was funny the first time I saw it, it was unfunny the eighth time) - photos reposted from group pages that look like they came from MySpace (typically sexist garbage from the Tapout hypermasculinity bro crowd) - 90% of baby photos (didn't Bill Hicks used to say that your children aren't special? your child's first ice cream isn't something worth commemorating) - 90% of graduation photos (you're wearing a robe and standing next to a tree holding a piece of paper, just like everyone else) - Facebook games (I don't care about Farmville) - most photos from live concerts (most of the time you can't see anything) - unnecessary Facebook likes (pretty much this: www.youtube.com/watch?v=7SgABnY4occ)- "I'm cleaning out my friends list!" (just do it already, no need to trumpet your own self-importance about how awesome you are for simply hitting the de-friend button) - "re-post if you're against..." (pretty much most of the time I am against those things in the content of your status, but re-posting a status itself does nothing to address the issue).

The stupid sexist crap that seems far, far too common in my generation. "Hurr durr, bitchez in kitchenz. LOLOLOL". It's not f***ing funny, and never will be you sad little boys.

No, not really. But when those things I listed appear so often, you realize that so many people enjoy doing the exact same things and enjoy those things the exact same sort of way... it's really not that interesting or special to see. But if they're happy, more power to them.

I don't have a facebook account but from what I hear and see it seems like a stupidity magnet, thus I don't have a facebook account.
