Haven't really thought about it too much outside of the three I mentioned earlier(Barbara Eden, Tiffani-Amber Theissen,
and Mariska Hargitay). I usually wait until the field's full before deciding on that. Maybe Jennifer Aniston, Helen Hunt, and Brooke Shields also.

I'll leave Karyn Parsons and Allison Brie under advisement for now, unless somebody has better suggestions.

I don't know about Helen Hunt, are you simply basing top seeds on fame?

For the most part, I do use fame as a guideline(that's why some people get low seeds if I've never heard of them, like Maisela Lusha in the ABC tourney, or I don't recognize the name right away, but that's also because I don't look up anything about the actresses until the tournament starts). That's why I ask ya'll for suggestions about the top seeds.
