I'm all for more cameos, but could we do without popping in random Disney kids from shows I've never seen? I know Selena but had no idea who the other kid was. I guess the kiddies have to have their random cameo though. He actually wasn't from a Disney show, he's on Modern Family on ABC Although, since Disney owns ABC, I guess that is a Disney show, but he's not one of the Disney stars.

By mixed do you mean ranging from this show was fun and entertaining to this show was epic? Because anything not in this range is just wrong. ;D Well, I have heard plenty of people saying that the movie's okay but not great, and that it's a complete derailment from the spirit of the show. So yeah, heard all sorts of things. I could see where that point of view is coming from, but I think it follows the vein of some of the movies, like Muppets Take Manhattan.

Ah, guess that's why I didn't recognize him.

So we can expect more scenes with more under 20 yr old actors pretending they have never heard of the muppets?

I can't wait for this.. As far as I know, Jason Segal said he won't be in it.. He wanted to get the muppets back on the map but is stepping aside.. I'm not sure if he'll write again or not.

I agree there were too many musical numbers, but it was worth it for "Man or Muppet". That was a seriously great number, and the sequence was great as well. The party of one song was completely pointless. The Tex Richman rap also but at least we got some plot progression from it

The Me Party song wasn't, and just showed how too much focus was on the humans. There's no problem with having humans in the Muppet movies, but half the plot was about just the humans.

Technically, Twentieth Century Fox owns Modern Family. Would that make him a Fox kid?

I'm not sure I understood the backlash from some Muppet fans towards the first movie. I didn't think it was perfect, but I thought it was a great return to form.
The only thing that was sad to me was that I could tell that Frank Oz wasn't involved. The imitators did a really good job, but I could hear that it wasn't quite...right.

Technically, Twentieth Century Fox owns Modern Family. Would that make him a Fox kid? So he shares the same distinction as Mila Kunis? Lucky bastard.
