I'm guessing bootleg. I don't see it on Amazon or Ebay.

Fun little factoid about an earlier one: the artist who drew The Savage Dragon would later say he regretted every licensing the title for that cartoon because parents saw their kids watching it and bought the comic for them, not realizing that the comic is actually very graphic and adult in nature-and then, of course, they would write angry letters and try to get the various censorship organizations after him.

^ Oh man. the arguments that Ghostbusters cartoon used to start on the school yard. In the courtroom too-the reason the other cartoon had to be called THE REAL Ghostbusters was because Filmation already owned the rights to the title. Yep. It was a live Tv Show first. The reason the movie didn't fall under the same ruling was because Columbia had originally contacted Filmation to make the cartoon. They even completed the initial designs before Columbia pulled out and worked with DiC instead. Filmation's Lou Scheimer later admitted it was a mistake not seeking the animation rights in their settlement which is why the Filmation ghostbusters cartoon was created in the first place. Here's the intro to the old live action TV show. but back to the topic.

I can promise that no one will remember this one. It only ran for 13 episodes back in 1990 I do believe. I kind of liked it but I never could stop laughing at the fact they were called the Bacon Brothers. But I do agree not many remember this even though it did have the voice of the great Tara Strong who is probably best known for either her work on all grown up or Super Mario Bros.
