What are some you can think of? Bonus points if you have a Youtube clip of it.
One I can think of is a commercial for I think Target from the early/mid 2000s. In the commercial some guy is in the store playing a store radio at full blast. They then show a target, employee with a huge, creepy green calmly walk over. The employee says something nice about wanting to help him or something. During this whole time the guy never wipes the smile off his face (or changes it even slightly) and has to talk over the extremely loud music.
Now I'm sure the message was supposed to be that Target hires employees that will always do their best to serve the customer. However, I got the impression that Target hires passive-aggresive psychopaths that will snap one day and take out half a store's worth of Target customers.

Not really the commercial but that haunting music. Still gives me the creeps when I saw it on a Phil Hartman NBC commercial special in 1994.

I can't find the YouTube clip, and god help any of you if you do....
*sigh* There was this one commercial that traumatized me as a kid....it was advertising a soda, but the commercial was about another soda, who's logo came to life and basically terrorized the Mom and her kids

Although the commercial isn't creepy for the first viewing, listen to preteen Tobey Maguire squeal out YES YES OH YES.... and then look at the Principal's eyes at the end.
It's WRONG I TELL YOU
Oh yeah, and I can't talk about Bathroom commercials without this gem:
