So, I just got back from a Christmas party where Smackdown was watched and afterwards we were in the mood to watch more wrestling. We watched (in order):
-Nick Patrick vs Earl Hebner (Invasion)
-Melina vs Alicia Fox (SS 2010)
-Rick Rude vs Jake the Snake (WM 4)
-Brock Lesnar vs Goldberg (WM 20)
-Hector Garza, Perro Aguayo, and El Canek vs Jerry Estrada, Heavy Metal, and Fuerza Guerrera (RR 97)
-Foley, Edge, Lita vs Funk, Dreamer, Beulah (ONS 2006)
-RVD vs Cena (ONS 2006)
-Punk vs Joe II (10/16/2004)
-The Undertaker vs Luther Reigns (NWO 2005)
And ended the night with the Rookie Diva of the Year Contest at No Way Out 2005. Anyone else have a party that involved wrestling?

Yeah, it was with the group of people I watch Raw/PPVs with (as well as some backyard wrestling in the past, not really seriously though). There were some other people there who have made appearances over the years but the main core group is all about wrestling. My gift from the host was the Funk/Dreamer Faceoff shoot. |

Someone should hire Balls Mahoney through Flair's agency and get him to come dressed as Xanta Klaus to a Christmas Party.

With the exception of like 3 matches there...did you guys try to pick the worst matches of all-time or something?

Yeah, I'm not sure who exactly suggested the first match we watch be Nick Patrick vs Earl Hebner but it made me LOL to hear it suggested. The crowd was more alive for that match then most main events nowadays. Someone else asked if there was ever a time limit draw at WM so we watched it, my friend has basically everything on dvd (and VHS) so we could pretty much choose any match we wanted. |
