The Sharpshooter, because that hold meant your ass was DONE. None of this 6 attempts at your finishing hold shit they do nowdays.

Tiger Suplex (Benoit & Ultimo Dragon did some mean ones!)
Dragon Suplex (almost the same as Tiger Suplex, rarely seen in the US)
Bossman Slam (love the visual of it...Barrett, Abyss and of course the Big Bossman are/were brillant doing those)
Top Rope C4 (Sin Cara used it at times)
Swiss Death (very cool and effective)

The Steiner Screwdriver is death come alive in a wrestling move.
I've always been a mark for Martel's Boston Crab. The sadistic grin and little swing he did was fantastic.

The Steiner Screwdriver is death come alive in a wrestling move. I was going to post this. Obviously you can't perform it on everyone, but it looks like a move that nobody could kick out of.

Diamond Cutter. Actually, I prefer that to the Stone Cold Stunner.
Go 2 Sleep. Prefer either Punk's or KENTA's. KENTA's is more vicious.
BURNING HAMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!! This move is so badass it's only been done 7 times. Plus, there's the fact it could kill you.

It's all about the Perfectplex for me.
I do like the Diamond Cutter too, though I hate the RKO

The Sharpshooter, because that hold meant your ass was DONE. None of this 6 attempts at your finishing hold s*** they do nowdays. what submission finisher gets broken at all anymore? The submission that gets to the ropes the most nowadays is the STF and Swaggers ankle lock and even then every once in awhile they make it out to be dangerous as hell. the cross armbreaker, the labell lock, and the anaconda vice all have a great submit percentage

I saw the vertebreaker on this thread and its over w/u that's fine but I just cannot see how it is safe to take this move. YouTube some vids of indy guys botching it and.see if u still love the move. It should be banned and all video evidence of its existence deleted

It's all about the Perfectplex for me. Perfect-Plex for me as well. It's such a cool-looking move, and it showcases Curt Hennig's fantastic athleticism and wrestling acumen, and was perfect (no pun) for the character. I loved the idea that it was inescapable and that once you were caught in it, as McGonigle said about the Sharpshooter, it meant your ass was done. Of course, this probably isn't true; I'm sure Hogan and many others managed to kick out of it down the years but, as a child, I used to perceive it as being inescapable.

LARIATOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
But personally, I'm partial to JBL's Clothesline From Hell. He always seemed to throw his entire body into it, and that made it look amazing. Maybe it's just the clips that I've seen, but Stan Hansen's lariat doesn't look quite as impactful, even if it really was more painful. He just looks like he's throwing his arm into your chest, rather than 300 pounds of pissed-off Texan.
